nice display being run at 8K as computer monitor. Unfortunately, after 17 months it has developed a few dead pixel columns near the left side of the screen, and the warranty was only 12 months. Still quite usable as a monitor because the dead columns are near the left edge.

I love this TV, beautiful picture and sound. I also bought a compatibe sound bar that works with the TV speakers so the sound is amazing. The only downside to this TV is that it warms up my whole bedroom. I knew some heat was expected but man it gets hot! If placed in a living room I'm sure it wouldn't be as bad.

Great TV. My tv is always producing excessive heat which isn't normal. That is the only negative comment I have to say. I have contacted bestbuy and they are willing to work with me if it situation persist.

Installed yesterday...still playing with video settings to get to my liking. My 2015 Samsung 4K was a LOT easier to set to the 'sweet spot'. The picture is extremely crisp, but dimly lit scenes are very dimly presented, even after cranking up brightness to max & turning off Ambient Mode. I've read that the 8K chip requires time to adapt & learn from user preferences - we'll see. The 'minimalist' remote takes some getting used to, I've not downloaded the update for my Harmony 650 yet. Shall update after a few weeks of use & 'tweaking'.

I bought an open box rated excellent condition. I think best buy should of been a little bit more forth coming. Although I like the tv, it was a demo model with a lot of hours with the tv being on in the store. I wasn't expecting that. when I brought it home it had so many finger prints on it. I did take me awhile to clean the screen. If I didn't get the TV hung by the geek squad i wouldn't of paid 150 dollars to set it up. it was easy to set up. the problem given to me was they never took the tv off of demo mode, so I went 2 days without watching the TV. I received good service otherwise and the tv is great.

Good picture quality, easy set up, but that is all to be expected. There are times where I turn TV on and the picture is so dark, I can barely see the apps so I have to unplug for 30 sec and plug it back in to fix the issue. The screen jumps from light to dark even when it is in a specific mode. TV does get really warm while it is on. Too much money for the issues I am experiencing.

For video and film enthusiast Packaging was adequate as this television has a bit more weight than the standard 65 inch. I am a little concerned about the heat coming off the outer metal bezel which I assume is some kind of heat sink. Wondering how the dust will affect its performance.

This is a fantastic TV as far as picture quality is concerned. However, there is a software issue that causes it to constantly turn itself off and back on again with no apparent cause. It must be a known issue, given Samsung’s six steps available online to address the issue. When none of these fixes works, you are forced to go with an in-home service request by a Samsung technician. Hopefully it can be fixed.

this samsung tv is BRIGHT! decent picture but there was something wrong with the panel and you could see an annoying grid pattern which i didn't see at the store. it was a display open box item i would have kept it aside from the grid pattern. its a great tv otherwise

I absolutely Love this tv!!! Picture and sound is extraordinary!!! Must use 8K hdmi cables and fiber optic cable for optimum picture clarity and sound!!!

Snagged it at the clearance price. Best tv I’ve ever owned. Both the TV and the remote are sleekly designed. The picture quality is great.

Incredible for all content. Watching football on 10/09/21 and not having any blur or picture issues. My pictures are from an over the air antenna! Two of them are an hd channel, two are not hd. Everything looks good on this tv. My first set that looks like it did in the store. I have it set with its intelligent mode and haven’t felt the need to change anything.

Love this new TV. Great picture and software features. So nice compared to our old 60-inch 2011-vintage 1080P Samsung! Sometime after 5G comes out maybe we’ll have 8K programming too, but current 4K looks great now. Samsung sound bar connects very nicely too! Eliminated need for my Apple TV unit and the single TV remote handles everything. Got on sale too!

Incredibly clear picture, deep blacks, astounding colors. Although there is little 8K programming so far in the US, a good taste is available on YouTube with several scenes in various countries/settings. My only gripe is that the speakers are really insufficient for the beauty of the TV. A good soundbar is a necessary investment. Also, I purchased this item 1 week before it went on sale, so I "Lost" $500. My misfortune

Great clear picture. Crisp and realistic color. Large screen but not overwhelming.

I recently purchased the Samsung 65" Q900TS-8K UHD. It is very "smart". Where you are watching old TV shows, streaming, movies, playing games it is fantastic. The picture is impressive and it is very easy to use. Highly recommend.
