Ahead of its Time!

All of the TV stations still broadcast in 4 pixel, so….we’re still waiting to see the benefit of 8 pixel, just saying!

If you have an amplifier that is not 8K the system will not stream sound without an optical connection. The overall set up is more than a pain in the butt. I guess the picture is fine but with the very and I mean very limited 8K transmissions the system is not worth the extra money. Stick with a 4k or lessor system for the foreseeable future and save a bunch of cash.

How not to buy 2 TV's

You delivered and set up both tv's and every thing was perfect. Your technicians were very professional, prompt, and helpful. Unfortionately the day after the tv's were installed we began getting weird things happening to one of them. It turned off by itself every 2 to3 minutes. Then rebooted automatically. Then it would change the input position of the audio resulting in no sound. We have to go to settings, audio and redirect the input to get sound. We asked for assistance and your techs came out and determined that we had to replace the 1 day old tv set. Your company policies require the customer to start over with the installation process. No concern that you delivered a faulty set.We have been waiting now since May 12th for our new tv. The next available date was June 16th. We also paid for your total tech support. So much for getting any consideration for trying to rectify the problem.Your ad on the E-mail we received on May 12th states New TV? We've got you covered. What a joke!!! Your people are first class and seem to be hard workers. Your company policies should (no exceptions to the rules even when you deliver a faulty product) be more flexible so the tech can make logical decisions when necessary. You want the customer to hold open a window of 5 or 6 hours when you come to install something ,but you won't allow an hour for the tech to return to the store for a replacement when necessary. .
