    Great quality, bit Do not peel what seems to be a screen protector on the screen, I damaged my screen by trying to remove it, apparently it is a legit antireflective film.

    Purchased this product from BB in March 2021, within a week a vertical bright green line appeared just right of the center of the screen. Waited a week for a repair tech to tell me I need to ship it back for repair. Instead, I used the 15 day return policy at BB to get a new one sent to me. Now three months later, the screen is black but the sound is still present. Scheduled another repair tech, waiting a week for them to show. Repair tech calls and asks to reschedule for the following week...if you can't repair on my request date, don't accept the job. Now waiting for confirmation of another repair tech...hoping I am not lost in the system. Now considering returning this $4,000 tv, but not sure if there is a better option. Wishing there were quality products available within this price range.

    Dead after 2 Months

    I had very high hopes for this product. After just 2 months of ownership, the backlight went on it. We spent the next 2 months after that trying to get ahold of Samsung. A tech came out and deemed it unrepairable. In the meantime, due to the chip shortage, the price of the TV doubled. Samsung stated they would only refund the original purchase price, although they previously stated they would replace with the same (or equivalent) TV or value. It’s clear that Samsung doesn’t care about doing right by their customers. I’ve since, purchased the LG OLED 77CX and would highly recommend that instead.

    The worst Samsung product I have purchased in my life. I purchased this television to compliment my new gaming consoles and it became the worst decision in my life . After two months of being purchased the televisions screen gave out within about two months of the purchased date. About 30% of the right of the screen had rainbow lines going vertically up and down and sometimes it went completely black . I contacted Samsung and had their Samsung care come out and look at it and they said that the control panel was defective and needed to be replace and they needed to order one. A few days later they call me back and informed me that the panel was not available and to call Samsung to see how they wanted to proceed. After a back and forth with Samsung they finally had it replace through Bestbuy because they didn't have any on their warehouses. The price I paid for choosing this product was the worst option bc the same happened with the new replacement. The review will follow on part 2. I will go with another company bc they treat their customers like trash.

    samsungs tvs wouldn’t be so bad if they didn’t have such bad DSE or banding, seems 8K models have it the worse, just makes it impossible to watch/play games when you can see gray lines panning on the screen day, i’ve probably spent 40-50k in tvs this year and i’m sure best buy isn’t happy, but i mean come on you can’t expect people just to pay $3500 for tv and have those problems, BUT i blame smaung for that so not your fault best but it’s samsungs horrendous QC, which also makes the retailers lose money when people gotta return them over and over, i’m still on lookout for tv, seems smaung offers best specs for tv, i’m just deciding which tv i wanna keep doeisnt seem DSE or banding is gonna go away so might as well get use to it

    Absolutely terrible. TV loses connection to WiFi. Purchased as Open Box-Excellent and I didn’t have the box and there were fingers rings all over the equipment when I got it home an hour away.

    Everything was working fine, the setup was easy the picture was great but withing a couple hours the picture died and the soumd was still on. Now with no big car i have to try to get this 65 inch tv to best buy to return it.

      If you've switched on your TV and the sound comes through fine, but you're not seeing any picture; there are 3 potential issues.

      1) A connection issue; the most common problem. Where there is a bad connection, faulty cables or improper installation.
      2) An issue with the device connected to the TV. There may be a video output setting on the device that you must set properly before it will output to the TV.
      3) There is something wrong with the TV, which will require a technician to assess the TV and find a solution.

      Please refer to pages 173-178 for step-by-step troubleshooting instructions.
