The image and quality of the screen are great but the downfall of this beautiful TV is how hot it gets when it's on for like 30 minutes. Now the TV won't turn on after three years of use. Before this, I had a 55-inch Samsung LCD TV that ran great for over 8 years with no problems. Looks like I might finally have to make the jump to LG if I can't fix this TV within a reasonable price.

I bought this supposedly top of the line 8k TV in August 2020. By March 2023, the TV screen had black splotches across the screen. So, this $5,500 "state of the art" TV lasted 2 years and 7 months. Samsung - shame on your for making this crap that breaks in less than 3 years and @bestbuy shame on your for selling it.
