When the sales person said all the questions I asked were prudent and agreed the TV I thought was the best quality for the performance & price. He then told me about additional features that came with the one I was considering. I asked if the other one had those features, he looked me straight in the eye & said no. Honesty versus a hard sale win out every time.

Network is fine. Signal is strong. Modem, router and home connection are all good. Geek Squad diagnosed a faulty computer in the Samsung and replaced it. 2 weeks later, it started losing connection for 1-5 seconds at a time. Within a month it rarely connects to the network.

Overall picture is good an sound is ok. I was informed that geek squad would come out and set it up but no geek squad came and i Payed for geek squad!

If your TV is announcing everything you do, then Voice Guide is turned on. Voice Guide is an accessibility function to assist users who are visually impaired.

Issues with new remote

After only 3 days the up and down button was ready to break. When i brought it back to store staff and geek squad weren t very helpful. I was actually at counter returning whole tv just to get new remote. Salesperson that sold me the tv brought me back and opened drawer full of remotes for my tv. Manager and Geek squad said none available. Have to call Samsung.

Of course it depends on where the source is but the 4K Utube is excellent along with other shows in higher resolution.
