Samsung and Bestbuy

I didn't want any addition wires running around the room to connect speakers. The Geek Squad installers were great as I was mounting the TV above my fire place. It took them 2 hours to set up and mount vs me taking all weekend.

Major Glares

In the end, it seemed like a no brainer QLED is the way to go. Plus the Q90T has the anti-glare technology so it seemed great. During the day the picture is good and the glare from the natural light doesn't seem to be an issue and I have a good picture. When I turn my can lights on is when I have an issue. The glare from just a single can light seems to be magnified and causes major glares to the point that it's not enjoyable to watch. If I turn off all of the lights, it looks amazing. The people look like they are in your living room. The issue is that we use our TV more at night then we do during the day, and the only way to watch the Q90T in our living room is to turn off all of the lights which is fine sometimes but we like to have some lights on. Our last LED TV only had an issue when our fanlight was on. We could see it reflect on the TV. If even one light is on in the room it will create a glare that goes across the entire TV its crazy. I am trying to find a way around it so that we can keep the TV but I have a feeling that I will be returning it.

The salesman did a good job helping us with our selection and the gentleman from the Geek Squad Kenny really helped us With the installation and movement of our other TVs and creating a great atmosphere once he understood what we were after. He was excellent!!

Thought it would be better

This one disappoints. It looks great with regular TV 480, 720, 1080 but HDR not so much. In the brightly lit scenes seems it looks fine however in the dark scenes, for example zoomed in on two people talking, the shadow on one person's face is so dark you can't see their expressions. Typically the entire dark scene is very dark with very little brilliance or contrast It just looks kind of gray. I've tried many of the automation adjustments. I've turned off automation and gone manual with expert adjustments. There have been some improvements but overall rather disappointing. I had a TCL 75-in series 4 that performed not quite as good but had the same problem with HDR. This could be just me. If you've had this problem and have resolved it please let me know.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I am sorry that it was less than perfect.
We recommend you check that your TV is running the latest firmware, version 1301 and up.
Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV.
Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit.
You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences.
Select Settings- Support- Software Update, then select Auto Update.
I hope this helps to improve the HDR performance of your Q90T QLED TV.

Very Satisfied

The first one we ordered had a small red mark on the screen that we didn't notice until we had the TV for about a week. We returned the TV with no problems and the TV we have now looks and works great.

Samsung OLED Q90

The service at the Howe Road Store (Kyle) was exceptional. The Geek Squad that set up and wall mounted both TVs also did a very nice job (Kevin).

Not worth it

For the same price, you can get an OLED and definitely should. The blooming on this TV is unacceptable for how much it costs. Very disappointed and returned after a week

AS they were installing the techs Gary and Austin noticed that the TV anteena part that is in the main circuit board is all ripped out. I have taken pictures of this but have not been back to the store to let them know. I am concerned about this and would like a reply
