Great product. I really love it. I would recommend this model over Q80T or Q70T.

Very good price for 65" 4k tv. Price increases quite a bit to go to 75". Has ability to link to lots of sites, like Disney, etc. And will bluetooth sound to hearing aids while still put out sound via the speakers or stereo

Very easy ordering process, pick up was even easier, I did not call to let the store know when I was going to get there, walked in handed them my receipt and in less than ten [10] mins. they loaded the TV into my car and I was on my way.

Good TV but too expensive for what you get. The TV is way too expensive and in a lot room you get this rainbow effect across the screen, like it’s really bad. Also no Dolby Vision. Oh, and only 1 hdmi 2.1 port. Should be a tad cheaper

This TV is simply stunning. The many features it offers make watching TV a whole new experience, one of which is full array, a feature that really allows fine control of the lighting zones behind the screen. This makes the blacks and whites very full and rich looking. The ultra viewing angle reduces the glare and definitely enhances the colors and the picture is amazing when viewed from all angles, no matter where you sit. The Quantum HDR 16 allows for a much wider range of brightness and color coming together so it looks very vivid and realistic. From several feet away the people on the screen are almost larger than life. Also, it has only about 1.5 inch bezel which is nice because there is truly 65" of screen to watch without and clunky looking frame around it. The object sound tracking is just unbelievable. It consists of two top and two bottom built-in TV speakers which adjust the sound to follow the action. Super important to us is the Quantum 4K processor because it does a fantastic job at transforming everything we watch into 4K. Also, we can hook up an array of other devices such as a gaming console plus a labtop and a pc all at once without any lag. We love the built in Alexa option which was really easy to set up. I can ask Alexa to open apps, change the channel, search for movies and shows , play music, and control my smart home devices of which there are many. Now I can control all of the Samsung smart appliances in my home from my tv (translation: my couch!!) All I have to do to talk to Alexa by pressing and holding the mic button on the remote. We enabled the TV to us the Samsung SmartThings app to pretty much set the TV up. It made entering WiFi connectivity information and location super quick and efficient. There is also an ambiance button on the remote which is really cool because it allows you turn the tv into either a background color to match the decor in your home, or a huge screen saver which is one of the coolest things I have ever seen. Finally the Samsung Health app installed on my phone allows me to gain access to tons of workout classes at a bunch of different levels all on the tv!!

It's was a good purchase. I had last model did last for 7 years.

I have had this for over a year now and it has been the best TV i have ever purchased! Screen is crisp and there's no issues especially the apps.

This Tv was a good purchase. I replaced a 10 year old Sony that still works with this Smart Tv. The Smart Tv has more than I ever expected. Samsung did a good job with the onscreen setup. I like my new Samsung TV

Love this TV. We get lots of west facing sunlight and the clarity and sharpness can’t be beat. So good we got a 2nd in our family room. Impressed our electrician enough that he bought one and so did my father.

Superb support. Some glitches on not having all accessories on hand at time of installation. Luna rapidly corrected the issue and rescheduled installation for next day. Jon and Justin exceeded our expectations.

Love this TV. We already had one and bought a 2nd one. The same Geek Squad members showed up to install it. They are great. Answered all our questions and stayed till every app we wanted worked.

Had many issues trying to hook up surround sound Geek squad should be part of the package when you spend $3500 for a tv I have spent over $8,000 dollars there and still have issues with complex equipment

Nice tv fpr the money, only disappointment is that it did not come with the onebox connection. The sales attendant was very nice but he also thought that it would come with this tv

Happy with the install. Team suggested that a new electrical outlet be installed for correctly balancing the TV on the mount. Called ahead and arrived on time to complete the install.

I realized after I brought it home, I should have paid to have someone help me put it together for me. My daughter and I did it, but we struggles a bit. I am so happy about my purchase.

This is the only Samsung TV for this year that was worth purchasing in my opinion. The price was well below OLED so I tried it out and I have not been disappointed at all.
