Great fir a really bright room, but that's about it. Upscaling for sports was like going back to before 720, just hard to watch. Get an oled unless you are watching from inside a greenhouse.

Our granddaughter was there to let the Geek Squad in to install. She said the were very professional and finished in a timely manner.

At a price point just below $600, a 65” 4K tv is an outstanding buy. Although, the clarity and resolution are not the best, it meets our needs for tv viewing in our master bedroom.

The picture quality is not as good as the QLED but with some research on how to properly calibrated my tv I am very happy with the picture quality as well as not having to worry about the burn in issue.

Thank you for purchasing the Q90T TV and sharing your thoughts regarding the image quality.
The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer your content is to 4K, the better the image will look on the screen.
Here are some tips to help improve the picture clarity:
1. HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing.
2. If you have an analog cable box or satellite box, upgrade to a digital cable box or satellite box.
3. Change the output resolution of your devices, such as digital broadcast receiver, IPTV, and
set-top box to UHD or HD.
4. Adjust Sharpness and Clarity under Expert settings.

I thought it would be much better than my 12 year old 55 inch Samsung but it is not. I also do not like the remote control for the tv. I haven't full read the manual yet so maybe there's hope yet.

Other than that my 2017 tv looks better and has a better lighting in the light and dark. The last few years there was supposed to be an improvement on the lighting and color, but obviously the processors were improved as well as the color, but not the motion blur for action movies. I returned the tv and will wait to see if there is really an upgrade from the old TVs and not just some tweaks.
