Don’t buy this TV!

I have always bought Sony televisions and never had an issue. This time I thought I would save some money and buy the Q90T; picture looked great and we have a lot of windows in our room, and the sales guy said this television would handle the ambient light well. The problem with this TV is it won’t stay connected to any 3rd party equipment like my Sonos Arc sound bar or my DirectTv cable box. I get everything set and working great, but once you turn the tv off, it won’t recognize any of the equipment once you turn it back on. You have to go through the whole process over again. And there is no fix. This problem is all over the internet dating back to 2019. Wish I had done some research on Samsung TVs before I wasted my time and $$$$.

If you’re on a budget, stick to the series 8 from Samsung. It will deliver the same feel and output from the Q70-Q90T. I was really hoping that buying the “upper class” would feel different but it didn’t. Remote is the same, menu is the same and quality is similar.

- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
- Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
- Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.

Disappointed Samsung owner

Thank goodness for the extended warranty i had on my 65 inch tv which was just replaced 3 weeks ago by best Buy but my new Samsung TV is having the same issues. The TV loses it's volume and I have to change the channel for it to work. I'll never buy another Samsung TV again.

Great picture while it worked.

Two weeks later the picture went out! The audio still worked. Best Buy has brought another one and replaced it. Hopefully this one lasts!
