I absolutely hated the Samsung remote it feels so cheap and there’s like no buttons on it so you have to dig through the menu and figure out the forced “shortcuts”.

Great Tv. Pathetic Service

I was given a standard samsung remote instead of the one that comes with this series of TVs. When I went into the store they said they cannot do anything about it and said I should return the TV. I am just disappointed with the service I got from the store. I am now going to spend another 40 bucks to buy the remote. They should learn to label the TV correctly. It was in satisfactory condition and they did not agree to reduce the price on it as well.

Don't trust the salesman!

I was told this model came with an AV adapter (which it didn't). Best buy would do nothing about it!!!

NOT impressed AT all. I am SUPER disappointed!!! HDR,4k content is all WAY too dark even with the britghness on max and non HDR content looks super blurry, grainy and just plain bad. This new TV also has WAY WAY more motion blur vs my old one even though this is supposedly a 120hz display and old tv was 60hz!... samsung what happened?!?!

Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.
You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, tint, contrast, white balance, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings

Worst Company ever

The picture quality is amazing on channels that allow it and on YouTube I can’t imagine it getting any better. The sound quality for just being a TV is great if you don’t have a sound bar too. The volume can go very high too! The setup was actually a breeze except for the fact that you probably should have two people, but it only required a few parts to be put together. The Alexa, YouTube, Netflix apps are working perfectly, and the remote even has a quick feature with just one click! The size of the TV is perfect and it looks great from the side view. I used to love Samsung, and this TV makes me love them even more. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my review.

Horrible dirty screen affect

The blooming is horrible also. The sound quality is cheap not impressive. Save yourself the money buy the LG CX.

Put Yourself On The Sideline At The Game!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My wife purchased the Samsung Q90T QLED 4K TV because she had the opportunity to do so at a discounted price for her honest opinion. She replaced the television in our Living Room that we had bought about 18 months ago that I thought worked perfectly fine. We spend our evenings and our weekends in the Living Room together with the television on watching sports, reality television or movies. Because of the size of television at 65 inches and its value we set it up together, but truly it was super easy to set up, and it was not heavy or hard to move. In fact, the only part of it that was heavy was the stand/base. And then to get it up and running, she basically just had to plug it in and press the power button on the remote and the television set itself up. We are both able to connect our phones to the television very easily and she can put her laptop on the television as well. The picture is incredibly clear. We set it up the night before the first Sunday of NFL football and it was amazing to watch the games that day. You feel like you are sitting on the sidelines. In fact, my father-in-law came over last weekend and I had to show him the television. I didn’t think he was going to leave. He kept saying to my mother-in-law, “Look!”, “Look at that”, “We’re getting one!” I would be shocked if he doesn’t have an 85-inch Q90T before the end of the month. Something else that I think is really cool is the adaptive picture feature. There is a large window behind where I sit in the Living Room and then sliding glass doors to my left, so as the sun shifts throughout the day, it has always changed the quality of the picture on the television. With this television now it is consistent no matter what time of day because the picture adapts based on the ambient light. It’s amazing. I would absolutely recommend this television to anyone looking for a new television.

65 inches of pure genius
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When the box was delivered, I stared amazingly at how small the packaging was (considering I haven’t gotten a 65 inch before). My last Samsung television was a model from 2018 and that was 55 inches with an even bigger box then this one. My my have times changed, and yet I was pleasantly surprised that such a glorious television with such a sturdy base were inside this box. The television came neatly packaged with a lot of protection for the screen and detailed stickers on the foam padded areas to touch during installation, to keep the screen and outer edge free of fingerprints or damage, that was a nice touch and I felt secure in my choice to help with the installation of the television. The base is a heavy duty metal that also hides any cords from sight when using it. If you’re not using the base then the various sized cord keepers on the back side of the television help to keep your cords from being a visibly tangled mess. When powering on the Samsung Q90T I was taken back and quite amazed by how smooth and sleek the simplicity of the remote is, no more having to have a huge remote with a lot of buttons and you push the same 5 buttons only. The home button is your home button where you’re going to be accessing every possible app and programming. Being able to add your multiple consoles via HDMI, USB, AUX, Ethernet... has made set up of the television in our gamer room a huge game changer. The Q90T was able to acknowledge each of the separate consoles by name once plugged in, and the screen settings change automatically when switching from HDMIs between consoles depending on what it is that you’re doing. I can go from watching movies to then gaming and not have to touch adjust the screen because it can automatically do that for me by knowing what is plugged into each input. We also currently have a Samsung sound bar and subwoofer plugged into the USB and it takes gaming to a whole new level, the 65 inch screen really amplified the gaming experience for us, with its crisp 4K screen quality and amazing reaction time. We are thoroughly impressed.

The Dream TV!

The first thing that caught my attention was the smooth and clear pictures. The vibrant colors were a shocker to me! TVs have come a long way and this samsung is a top notch! While playing games on my PS4 its a completely new visual experience. The design of this model is sleek and modern. I have a tv stand with brackets so did not get to see it with the base. The controls ports are easy to read and readily accessible. The audio quality worked for me. I have a bose surround sound system which was easy to connect to. It to is black which compliments the TV. The smart apps are amazing and simple to use. My fiance had no trouble learning the remote and how to access what she needs. Screen mirroring my phone was a cool feature as well. We mainly netflix and hulu which was easy to get set up. Right now im using the tv mainly for gaming to play my ps4 which takes advantage of this amazing tv! I cant wait to began to watch shows in 4k to really push this samsung to the limits! Overall I highly recommend. It was a very easy process to set up and all the options are user friendly. As the title says this is the TV you deserve with top of the line features and a user friendly interface. I received this unit at a discounted rate in return for my honest opnion.

Picture Quality is Superb!

The only thing I noticed is how heavy this TV was. It was heavier than my 75" TV! The stand that came with it was also solid which is perfect as it will not likely tip over. SET-UP: Set up was a breeze! Everything was on point. It even instructed me to connect any cable I need to connect so the system can instruct me on how to successful get it to work with the TV. I love the easy to use remote control as well! Its small, light and works perfectly smooth. QUALITY: Picture is crisp, bright and crystal clear even when watching from the side. The colors are truly rich and vibrant. Sound is amazingly powerful. This is the best samsung TV model I had so far. I like that its a smart TV and already has all the streaming apps I need (Goodbye Roku!). The "home" options are easy to navigate and not complicated compared to another brand of TV I own. Apps are easy to install. The Intelligent mode (adaptive display) is accurate, however, it reduces the brightness too low to my liking so I needed to turn it off. The ambient mode is my favorite as it turns to TV to a frame when not in use. Overall, I am giving this television a 5 and I highly recommend it! Disclaimer: I received the product at a discounted price but all opinions are my own.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The QN65Q90TAFXZA 65" Class Q90T QLED 4K UHD HDR Smart TV is beautiful. Out if the box it has the classic Samsung black stainless accents. We will eventually wall mount our TV, but we decided to leave it on the heavy duty stand for a while until we find the perfect spot. That stand is absolutely no joke. It weighs close to 30lbs by itself. Samsung spared no expenses to make sure this TV was secure for our enjoyment. The color quality is top notch, as to be expected from Samsung. The intelligent picture and sound adjustments are perfect so we don't have to keep reaching for the remote. Speaking of which...an ergonomic remote was a nice touch. My sons cannot wait to try their video games out on it to see how insanely real they look. Movies and shows look incredible! We are beyond pleased and highly recommend this product. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my review
