She and I had been talking about getting a tv for our daughters playroom and have it as a second spot that one of us could watch tv too! This tv is beyond our expectations! It came perfectly packaged and protected. It was so easy to put together and set up. We loved the on screen instructions to set it up for the first time and when we got to the actual tv, the picture clarity blew us away! So crystal clear and sharp it's like we were right in the tv! The sound quality is also amazing. You don't even need a sound bar with it because the sound is just so sharp! We are absolutely in love with this tv and would definitely recommend it!

I love that is has an Apple TV App and a Apple Music app. It also has all the usual apps Netflix, Prime, Hulu etc. Samsung TV Plus is also great. This is the ultimate cord utter TV. The universal remote is also great. I can use it to control my Apple TV and my Nvidia Shield. This TV is a one stop shop. I have not tried game mode yet as I am waiting for the new xbox series x to come out but I can't wait to test it out. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my review

It’s awesome that it has an ambient mode. We connected this to our surround sound and it’s like being at the movies. Honestly could not have asked for a better product. There are lots of apps on the TV! We watch Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu the most. My daughter loves all the Disney movies and there are lots available. We love the picture! We will enjoy this for years.

It might just be a YouTube TV thing though. But the main problem is the TV no longer turns on....neither manually or via remote. Unfortunately, the only help I could get from Samsung is by texting. After a frustrating 3 hours it was determined that I needed a technician to come out. It's going to cost me at least $300 to come to my house and run diagnostics. I mainly downgraded the TV because I've only had it 4 years! My last TV was a Pioneer plasma Kuro Elite which lasted me 12 years. I don't expect every TV to last more than 10 years, but 4 years? Come on! It would be nice to receive some kind of credit off of my next TV.......wishful thinking.

You might ask yourself why you need to spend so much for a TV when there are many old TVs out there being sold for way less. Well I for one can say that this TV is well worth the price. It isn't just like watching whatever you watch on a regular TV, this is truly an experience that is levels beyond anything I've ever experienced. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.

I can't tell you how Samsung did it, but I can tell you they did. This TV has the most amazing picture I've ever seen. The colors just pop and are so vivid! The clarity is phenomenal. Its like I'm staring through a window! I have nothing negative to say about this TV. If you're in the market for top of the line quality, look no further!

The picture quality is amazing. The colors of people, animals and objects are as real as I expected. I have been enjoying the many features of this television. The viewing options are limitless. I would purchase more electronics from Best Buy in the future. I am researching what sound bar to pair with my Samsung tv.

The volume level and quality of sound is very good without. One issue I had was connecting to wifi. After spending quite a bit of time with Samsung tech support, was told the tv must be within 9-10 feet of the wifi source with none to minimal obstructions. Who has their wireless router within 9-10 feet of anything? Crazy for this price point of tv.

I have 2 other Samsung TVs purchased recently that were extremely easy to get an excellent setting. Maybe the issue on this TV has something to do with upscaling the 1080 signal. Otherwise, 4K movies on Disney appear fantastic.

They are lessening there 4K TVs in pursuit of useless 8K tvs
