Samsung’s Q90T is absolutely amazing. My tv is gets direct sunlight from a nearby window, and does a great job at keeping an incredibly clear picture despite this. The Q90 gets extremely bright, displaying a nearly perfect image while watching movies and live sports. The Tizen smart interface is fantastic, and all controlled from a minimalistic universal remote.

I have had this TV for about 4 weeks now. It had worked great so far. Picture is very clear. The colors are vivid and bright. The sound is clear and understandable. It is easy to change between apps and other connected devices. I am pleased with this TV at this time.

waited 2 months to try out different options before the review. Cons. 1 Bixie is better than Amazon voice to control the functions of the TV even though Amazon may be better for movie searching. 2. Navigation of the menu option is confusing and a steep learning curve but Bixie control saves a lot of steps. 3. No calibrating utility, a minus. 4. TV cannot distinguish output from a receiver which has various video sources from a sound bar and causing error in connection. 5. TV appears to wobble on the stands when tried to do connection at the back. My old LCD Samsung from more than 10 years ago has a turntable base which is very stable and convenient. 6. Very confusing to use my own picture for screen saver or download from Samsung site. Give up on this. 7. Cannot tell how much memory in the TV is available to store my pictures for screen saver or other purpose. 8. A lot of bad reviews regarding connection to s Samsung Atmos sound bar. People appears to get frustrated with the lip syn and I finally decided to get Nakamichi instead. 9. As mentioned by other reviewers, the screen coating does reflect lighting in the room and distracts in dark scene. I was able to avoid this by adjusting the position of my light. 10. I think previous model came with 2 remote. The 2020 model only one with minimal buttons and not convenient to change channel until I use Bixie to do it. Otherwise the remote from my old TV works on this TV too. Pros 1. Does not feel it worth's $2700 esp with the OLED coming down in price. Got it on sale for $1900 and feels it worth's this price. Hope this will last like my old Samsung TV which is still working, smaller and not 4 K. 2. The black level is enough for me and don't have to worry about burnt in and dimming of screen by software update like in OLED. Happy with the picture quality. 3. The TV sound is very good when compare with my old TV. Almost did not feel I need the sound bar. But I am glad I eventually get it because it does is a big enjoyment for the 5.1 sound. Glad I got it at a good price.

Perfection. I have had this tv for about 2 years now and can say that the picture quality is fabulous. I even own the older model Q60 and have had that tv for 5 years. I will always own a Samsung products. I have the fridge, washer and dryer, and tvs in every room. Best bang for the buck.

I had some doubts if to purchase this vs the LG OLED one due to picture quality comparisons I saw between the two and LG having the upper hand. As time has passed, I have been able to see the great picture quality this TV has. Colors are amazing and vibrant and blacks are good. One thing that I don't like is a known issue from Samsung that has to do with the dimming zones. When you have subtitles on, sometimes you can see they get bright or get dark, depending on the colors during a scene. From what I read, this is something Samsung have not fixed, but it can be somewhat annoying. Overall, awesome picture quality. In terms of setup, it was very easy, no issues there. The interface is simple to use. When it comes to sound quality, as with any TV, it is not that good. Dialogue is low and goes almost to the back so its difficult to hear if not in a high volume level. Now, for music is the opposite, it can get very loud with a low volume which is very good and the sound quality is good.

I was initially hesitant to spend this amount of money on a television but I'm so glad we did. It truly is worth every penny. The set-up was simple. The picture quality is outstanding whether the room is bright in the middle of the day or pitch black at night. SmartThings app is a nice perk to have all our devices in one place. Standard TV speakers were much better than anticipated from a TV. Standard speakers were good enough that I truly contemplated returning the soundbar we purchased to go with this TV. (Ultimately my laziness won out so we kept the soundbar). 10/10

Picture quality is top notch. 4K movies such as John Wick 3 and Fury look amazing. There are many scenes that are dark in John Wick and this tv does an amazing job with black levels. Only way to get better would be to get an Oled panel instead. However reviews for those say they are prone to screen burn in. I have an Xbox One X hooked up to the tv and it looks good too! Fast response times. Looking forward to the next generation of consoles and using them with this TV. This tv is a great option if you are looking to do some future proofing seeing it has features that aren’t really used yet.

This TV is amazing. The blacks look as good as OLED and the viewing angle is perfect. Can watch the TV from the side while in another room without loosing picture quality. Black Friday pricing is unbeatable for this Q90T. Same price as Q80T.

So far after 2 weeks it's been great with a few flaws. Picture quality is great!! Colors, contrast and brightness are top notch. All the apps work great and getting to them is seamless. I only have 2 gripes and the first is the glare, if you have a ceiling light shinning on the tv it will not only show the light but stretch it across the whole screen kinda looks like Christmas tree lights rainbow colors really weird. I just moved my tv to the left about 6 inches and it helped. Secondly motion on sports can be tricky sometimes it's great and then right as the team is hiking the ball it drops to about 20 frames for 2 seconds then catches up weird. I have tried motion plus off, auto and custom and nothing helps it. Movies on the other hand motion is perfect. I have until 1-16-2021 to return if the motion doesn't get better it's going back and I will try the LG CX.

As you all know, when you're going out to shopping for a high end tech, the first thing that coming in mind is to collect the more data possible about it. After reading the reviews from both shoppers and specialists, I finally made up to my mind. Saying only about the Q90T the picture quality and sound are worth every penny. The fact that the LG CX could led the screen to have some burn issues was determinant for I go with Samsung. Don't get me wrong ! The CX in terms of image quality, sound plus having more HDMI 2.1 than the Q90 were highly considered from me but when you go this far with your pocket you can't take any chances. The last in consideration for my decision was due to the fact that for having Samsung brand in my home as of appliances and TVs, I had the enough confidence to stick with it. Hope this help your decision as well.

I traded up from a Sony xbr4 1080p, What a difference. The black levels were better than I expected. Before I bought this I got my choices down to this tv and the OLED from LG. I use my tv as a computer monitor and leave it on my home screen all the time. Just to avoid any issues of burn in I chose the Samsung. It was very easy to set up. The only negative is, it is incredibly far out of calibration right out of the box. It absolutely needs to be calabrated.

The picture colors are intense what I would expect from a top end model. Easy to set up and use the remote has only a few buttons but is easy and voice commands work ok.

Upgraded from a 10 yr old samsung 55” high-end model. All I can say is WOW. It’s like going from low-def to high-def all over again. Read a lot of reviews on OLED vs this but I have small kids and they love to leave stuff just stuck where it is so burn-in with OLED was a concern for me. At certain parts of the day, this TV gets sun from a window. It does a good job with the glare but doesn’t totally get rid of it. But it did better than what I was expecting. Very happy with this purchase.

I was looking to get a tv for my ps5 . I have researched for 4 months before i finnaly decided on the q90t. What a great tv all around . I love how bright and clear this tv is . The reds really pop on this tv . Hdmi 2.1 works great with my ps5 couldnt be happier with my choice. Ive read a lot about dirty screen effect. That was the biggest thing holding back but everytime i went into beat buy i couldnt take my eyes off it lol such a great pic. I must of hit the panel lottery cause i see no dirty screen once so ever. I can game all i want and dont have to worry about burn in on this tv like oled .

Best Buy delivered and setup this Samsung QLED TV and did a great job. The service rep explained the new controller for the TV and set up our other controller. The Samsung TV controller is pretty easy to use. The TV picture is fantastic. The color in 4K programs is unbelievable and the programs broadcast in 1080p are too! We have not noticed any glare on this TV. The sound coming out of the TV speakers is good too! We are also set up to use a digital optical cable for our 5.1 stereo speaker system and this works great with my system and speakers. So glad we purchased this TV from Best Buy.

Excellent picture. Very good when viewed from an angle. When I spoke to the salesperson he said this unit had much better sound quality than the 80T -- which is about $500 less expensive. Although the sound is generally adequate, I didn't find it exceptional and it certainly lacked the base range the description implied. I also though it would create a simulated surround sound, but it doesn't (unless there is some hidden control I haven't yet found). I also found the remote wanting. There are no number buttons on it (like other remotes). There are also "a, b and c" buttons you can call up onscreen that don't do anything. I was hoping these could be used for shortcut actions (e.g. change the sound output from speakers to external). There is also no co-axial audio out (just optical), would have been simple to implement. For a top-of-the-line unit, these things should have been implemented and could have at almost no cost.

Wanted a bright 65" that was solid. Have an OLED 55C7P that has hit burn-in, so wanted to avoid any chance of burn-in. I use for gaming, so the 2.1 is future proof bonus for sure. The rainbow light reflections from the screen antiglare are a bit distracting at times, but I use in a dark basement, so no problem, just turn off the bright lights. Motion is not as clean as I would like, or hope for, with a screen this expensive. Sony seems to have them beat. Adjusting picture settings is all over the place, and a bit messy, nut user freindly. The fact this has HBO Max, while nobody else does is very nice, and shows Samsung's commtiment to app neutrality and freedom. Sound is fine, but I use a soundbar, so not really tested. Love the center stand for versatilty should I move it upstairs for small cabinet. Also provides enough height clearance for the soundbar, bonus points. Overall, I like the screen very much, but a bit expensive compared to the field and what you are getting.
