Outstanding TV and Service

The pictures on all the TVs have been great, and despite Samsung trying to pushing advertisements ( I blocked the IP addresses), the interface was okay and the pictures great. Therefore, when I needed a new TV, I purchased the 2025 Samsung 65 inch Q80F. The picture is great, but the software interface is completely new and one of the worst interfaces I've ever used on any platform. If I had known about the interface, I would not have purchased a Samsung. If I had not discarded the box before turning it on, I would have returned this TV. I wish I had read the recent Samsung reviews, which blasted the the software/interface. I want a TV that turns on and provides simple, intuitive controls, without pushing advertising and their own content. This will be the last Samsung TV I purchase unless they change their path and return to a simple, straight forward interface.

Even more impressive was Christian's ability and willingness to patiently train us regarding its operation. We can't thank him enough.

Selected the 65" Samsung QN80F. Very satisfied with all the features that it has. Suggest going online to learn what and how to make changes. Did power up with a nice picture to start with. Menu takes a few minutes of your time to become familiar with. Nice middle of the Samsung line for the price. Has several good reviews. Happy.
