Delivery was a breeze. My friend and I were able to put it up on the existing wall brackets with ease. I’ve been enjoying it now for 6 months!

Bought this unit open box, was missing the power cable but have no issues with it other than that. Brightness is what you'd expect from an OLED. Would definitely consider getting blackout curtains for whatever room you put this in. Picture looks great and the built in OS runs smooth (for now at least).

This Samsung-65" S85D Series TV is an excellent value for our needs. We upgraded the wall mount as well and, at 38lbs, the TV was easy to mount and position. Samsung provides every possible screw, washer, spacer, and bracket needed for installation. Order and timely delivery from Best Buy were also superb.

After getting our tv at Christmas we are amazed with the picture. We had family members over at Christmas and they also commented on how good the picture was.

Airplay doesnt work with streaming iphone apps. I have to watch Tennis channel via the internal web browser but it crashes because low memory. Masters.org streaming airplay won’t connect with TV. Bluetooth wont pair with new headphones. AppleTV device found on hdmi but I dont need this as the native AppleTV app pulls up apple content. Samsung support is ineffective. All works on 10 year old Visio TV just replaced. The remote layout is tough to navigate in the dark. You have to turn on the TV twice. The Samsung menu/interface is cumbersome moving between content as the back button needs to be hit many times to get out of apps and find the next app. You couldn’t find a worse TV and be more disappointed in a $1,200 purchase. Bestbuy will do nothing as I didn’t buy the protection plan last black Friday. I shouldn’t need to buy a protection plan for such simple expectations. So disappointed.
