Samsung needs to fix their ARC functionality

There isn't an easy way to adjust the backlight settings. Also, the eARC port doesn't automatically start my Yamaha receiver like my last LG TV did. I've read many forums and see other people are having the same issues.

After two years the HMDI connections stopped working. As we have cable we need HMDI connections to work. This TV has a one year warranty. So, I gave the TV to my son who only uses WIFI and bought this one. After just six weeks it stopped working, no power. Being new and under warranty I contacted Samsung. It took a week for them to send someone out to fix it. Both electronic boxes had to be replaced. Repairman said this happens sometimes if you loose power? So, I can expect my TV to break if I loose power. Your kidding! Won’t be buying anymore Samsungs.

The phone service was terrible

It took 3 days of being put on hold to finally reach someone. I also chat several times on line with representatives and they also gave me a phone number to call which took forever to reach someone. The gentleman that came to the house twice was amazing. Dominic gets 5 stars!!!!

I Have A 2 Year Geek Squad Warranty And A One Year Samsung Care Manufactor Warranty. The First TWO MONTHS Of My Purchase My TV Suffered A Light Bang (Not Strong Enough To Crack The Screen) But Strong Enough To Damage The Picture. I Asked For A Replacement OR A DEAL On another Television. NEITHER HELPED ME. Samsung didnt bother sending a technician to see if it could be replaced,fixed or exchanged. Best Buy Did. Ultimately Told Me Its my Fault.. Warranty Does Not Cover it.. What Was The Point In Buying Geek Squad Protection Plan If A Accident Happens They Cant Replace,Fix,Exchange Or Even Offer Me A Deal on a New One?

The picture isn’t as clear as I thought it would be. Not worth the price. I looks super foggy at times and whenever there’s a dark scene on the movie you definitely can’t see what is happening. I’m very disappointed in my purchase and would definitely never purchase again.

Ordered NEW, came cracked and heavily used.

The screen was cracked as soon as the box was opened. It literally went from the store to the back of my truck (interior) to my living room. The only items included were the remote and power cord. missing, legs and screws an d other hardware. I am very disappointed in both Samsung and Best Buy!!!

Sluggish, unresponsive, poor UX. I would look for another option before buying this one or before using BB for the install.
