The products are great... Best buy's delivery service was horrible. I love my new washer and dryer. Best buy has since rectified the situation with offering me a gift card, but the ordeal I had to go through to get my products installed was horrific.

After looking for months, we ended up choosing this washer. I could not be happier. It can handle a lot of clothes for each load and dries things quickly.

Great products it has a sensor that detects the moisture of the clothes in the dryer which turns the machine off. Sometimes you have to turn it back on due to mostier sensor but other than that it's a great product.

Way better than the front loaders! Very quiet and wow can you put a huge load in. Very pleased with the purchase.

It was easy to setup, easy to use and it dries more quickly than our old electric dryer.

we purchased the set . we loved the dryer. the only problem was the washer . but as far as the dryer, its quick string and very quiet. only problem is my wife wants a set . so we had to send them back. but the bin did not have a light which was weird for a upgraded model.

I really like the moisture sensor and the way it keeps fluffing when time is up so clothes don't wrinkle. Lots of different settings for every fabric.

Bought this with a Samsung washer and this unit is a nice size and love the fact that Best Buy does not charge extra for a gas unit, unlike some other store (ehm ehm Home Depot).

This dryer is really good. Has some noise but I mean I cannot expect it to b absolutely quiet, it's nothing extremely loud. Usually shuts off sooner then projected because of its moisture sensor which is really good as it saves me from have to pay more on my gas bill.

this machine dries excellent for the money we spent has a lot of different options
