Its a great energy efficient dryer for the price. Easy to use and quiet

Dries thoroughly but without over drying and causing shrinkage.

Only had it a couple of weeks but well satisfied so far.

I had to add extra time to the drying time which took longer than my 25 year old dryer. Lots of options but most unnecessary.

We had a 10 year old dryer that I didn't want to fix so we went shopping for a new one. Found this as an open box at the store plus an additional discount after haggling with the sales associate and walked out with it for $400 + Tax. Then read some reviews on line and saw good and bad. So far it works great, the sensor dry is terrific. My teenage son washed a full load of Jeans and towels and they were all dry in less than an hour. Runs quiet without vibrating (of course you have to level it). Easy to operate but if you want the user manual you will have to download it from Samsung (maybe I didn't get one due to the open box) It doesn't have a light inside so my clothes won't be able to read the papers. Used my American Express card to buy so I get an extra year warranty. Hope it lasts as long as the previous one..

Sent it back because of the noises. Bought samsung instead

Already have to have the service man come to the house to check out loud rubbing motor sounds. frustrating with a new product

We have had the dryer for just over 2 years and have had a horrible experience. First after the first year it started to make loud noises and so we had it serviced. It started to make noises again and we just learned to live with it. Now it won't even start and we are debating if we want to fix it or just buy new one due to all the money we will spend to fix it. Also let me note it's used by two adults who wash about two loads each once a week! I would not recommend this!

The dryer is tall, works well, has all the settings I need for any item I need to dry. I really like the happy chimes as the load is finishing. The drum is big enough for a comforter or sleeping bad. I like the wrinkle release setting too. Great machine. You should get one!

I've had this dryer now for going on 4months. I bought the matching washer and I love them. Couldn't be happier. They are both very large and really help cut down on multiple loads of laundry. There are many options to choose from on both items which is nice for when I'm drying special items. I was hesitant on my purchase at first simply because it is a lot of money to spend on a set (I've only ever been given hand-me-down sets before) but it was definitely worth it.
