Bought this on sale, my wife loves it. Large capacity and does what it supposed to do. Don' even know it is running except when spinning. Nice not to have the old style agitator blocking the amount of clothes. Excellent machine!

I bought a very expensive front loading W/D set in 2007, within one year the belt on Dryer broke (not under warranty) good thing husband could fix, two years later washer broke. When Dryer broke completely (beginning of Feb 2015) was excited to get it out of the house. Picked this one because of size, HD load capabilities and less bells and whistles, WHY because when ONE thing breaks on circuit board the entire dryer (or washer) is shot. The repairman said the expensive ones cost more to buy but cost even more to repair! I have had this one for over a week and does Heavy Duty (4 pairs of work jeans plus a couple of flannels) or a full load of towels (5 bath sheets) no problem. Dried within an hour. I used to have to dry the jeans on a 1 1/2 cycle (90mins) and the towels on 2 full cycles (2hrs). This dryer is quiet and has a nice "Memory" cycle. I also like the "dinger" tune to let me know when the dryer is finished. great cost and excellent delivery.

It is not loud by any means but my expectations were that it was super soft. It dries great, does not leave wrinkles and dries during the time it says. The lint collector is a little cheap looking and I don't like that i have to open it unlike my previous one. I have the matching washing machine and love it as well. i love the chime it plays. I thought that was silly when looking at reviews before I purchased it but then find myself smiling when it plays. I purchased for $629 and it went on sale for $533 a few weeks later. Best Buy was no hassle crediting the difference. What awesome service and a pleasant surprise!

I researched and reviewed washers and dryers for about a day and a half solid before deciding on the Samsung. I am extremely happy with both pieces and since I got both items on sale it makes me even happier. The dryer dries the clothes quickly and well on the lowest time. The clothes also come out very soft. If you are like me and want to make sure you get the best product for the price, I would recommend this matching pair. I tend to "overanalyze" every major purchase and if I can make this decision easier for you then I say go ahead and buy the washer and dryer also. It's a great product. I have owned it for 1 month and have nothing bad to say other than the quiet end of cycle chimes #note: my washer and dryer are in my basement, so if they were on the same floor I may be able to hear them#.

I almost bought a low grade $400 dryer but the Best Buy associate convinced me I needed a sensor dryer to be more efficient. It was excellent advice. I can fit a Queen comforter and two sofa blankets in the dryer without a problem. The dryer never runs for longer than an hour on auto-sensor dryer. It's very efficient and easy to use. For $489 - You really can't beat it! I paired it with a LG 7 cu. ft. washer and it matches load for load fine.

Bought the set. The washer failed after one month, but Best Buy stepped up and exchanged it with a new unit. Dryer has been working very well so far. Just hope it doesn't fail like washer. The price I paid was on sale and a good price.

I love this dryer! So quiet and drys everything on a sensor dry, which is so unusual. I have nothing bad to say about this dryer. I even love the sanitize setting that cleans the drum and it does it well! Would recommend this dryer to anyone!

Love this dryer! Easy controls with all the options for drying settings that I could possibly need. I live on the second floor so the non vibration and quietness of my washer and dryer means I don't disturb my neighbors below me.

I waited for 2 months before writing this review - I also bought the washer. I hate any type of cleaning, including laundry so I thought any machine would be great. This machine, so far, is fantastic. What I love most is the speed of drying. My old one took about 1.5 hours to dry all my towels - this is done in less than half that time. But what I love most, is the wrinkle free. I work, and all my clothes, in the summer, are washed versus dry cleaning. My ironing was cut to almost nil. So far, this machine has exceeded my expectations for how it works and the cost

Our washer bit the dust and we decided to replace the set all at once so we purchased the Samsung washer and dryer. It's huge inside! I washed our king size comforter and had to rearrange it a couple times to get out the wet spots. The doors can be repositioned to open for either the right or left so that was nice for us. This one was about $100 less than the LG that I originally wanted. (wanted the see-through door) ;) We hope that it last us for years to come!

I love this dryer but be warned when the installers come out they can only hook up the dryer from the rear vent. So the dryer is sticking out a foot from the wall in my laundry room. Unacceptable! So now I have to have a Sears technician come out tomorrow to hook up the right side exhaust port which will be a short four inch run to my outside vent. Best Buy you need to step up your game here! I also called Samsung and they said right side vent kits are backordered 4-6 weeks. Geez, somehow Sears is coming out and will handle it no problem. I am amazed I had to spend two hours on the phone to get this sorted out. This would be a good topic for your next in house sales meeting.

I found out after being delivered this dryer does not have an interior light and the door doesn't open wide enough for my satisfaction also I was stunned when I dried a small load of delicates and it took over 30 minutes on low to dry so I may be exchanging this dryer for another brand. I will dry a few more loads before making this decision. I was surprised the salesperson was not very knowledgeable about this brand or any of the brands to be truthful.

I purchased this dryer and companion washer on sale over labor day. Terrific that I was able to purchase them in advance of my move to a new home a few weeks later. Since I have moved in, the washer and dryer have been going non-stop. They are perfect for my needs. Since it is only me here most of the time, the size is perfect - although they do handle over-size bedding with ease. I used all sorts of bed, bath and kitchen linens as cushioning in the boxes for my move and therefore have felt the need to wash it all prior to putting it away. I recommend this washer and drier without hesitation. Oh, and I love the little tune it plays to signal the end of the cycle!

Great dryer, quiet and fast drying. Leaves no wrinkles in clothes

This dryer keeps me from over drying the clothes and waisting energy. Also the clothes have fewer wrinkles.

My other dryer went out and we purchased this one. We are very happy with it's performance and quality.

The largest most efficient dryer I have ever seen! The 7.2 cu ft capacity is wonderful! I love the way is sings me a tune when it's done, instead of that annoying Buzzzzzzz sound! It dries my heaviest comforter with the ease of drying a pillow case!

I have owned this dryer for 2 months and it exceeds my expectations. Best dryer I have ever owned.

I really love my dryer. It does a great job drying my clothes in a quick fashion. The only thing that is slightly negative is it took about 2 hours to dry my king sized quilt... but I would rather it take 2 hours than have to drive to the laundry mat to do it there.

Large drying tub and many many options to choose from -- the dryer determines the amount of time by the option chosen and the weight of the wet clothes. It also signals when cycle is over.
