Replaced an older dryer with this model and am very happy so far. My clothes are less wrinkled, it has moisture sense, so it stops when the clothes are dry, and it plays a cute tune when the dryer stops. Also, there is less lint in the dryer vent, so I feel like it's better on my clothes.

I see the lint trap breaking due to the fact there is a large plastic lid with plastics tabs. When removed lint is easily removed, however, I se this lid could also easily break with usage.

I purchased my washer and dryer shortly after I bought my house in July of 2013. Here I am about a year and a half later, six months out of warranty and the humidity sensor is not working. I have to use timed dry. Call me spoiled, but I expected this machine to last with the ratings and reviews I read with all my research. Best Buy refers you to Samsung or offers $99 UPFRONT charge to come take a look. an additional $199 if it is major... I paid a little over $500 and now I could potentially spend $300 more just a 1.5 years later. Samsung call center employs nothing but foreigners that you will waste plenty of time repeating information to. LESSON HERE: Save the cash and buy the cheaper units OR pay for the service agreement through Best Buy. The fancy buttons and gadgets will eventually stop working properly. Its a shame these machines are designed to break. I had the same washer and dryer for years at my parents house.

Great settings, lots of features, high efficiency. The musical tine at the end of the load can get a little old after a while, but its a small price to pay for the features that you get! Love it!

leaves cargo pants damp around the leg pockets while all the other clothes are dry. requiring another 30-45 min cycle just for that 1-2 pair of pants to get dry. decent it all other areas.

I like the drying selections to choose from, so I don't shrink clothes and everything comes out great. Dryer does not overheat the laundry room. Own several Samsung products.

The Dryer is great. Lots of features like sensor dry and multiple drying levels. Great quality and great value for the price. Got them on sale, which made it even nicer
