Quiet, efficient, perfect. We love the washer and dryer!!

Good features and capacity--perfect performance, so far!

Only a few weeks but we have been very pleased. Balanced well and very quiet. Had a few issues ordering the stacking kit so have not stacked the units together yet. Clothes sill get twisted together so I was a little dissapointed but that may have been an unrealistic expectation for a frontloader. Again, overall very pleased at this point.

I got the matching washer to this. I absolutely love it!! I learn something new about it all the time. Dries clothes in no time & my clothes don't come out partially wrinkled anymore. If you are looking for a new one this is it!!!

I love my new dryer. It's great. It's quiet and it doesn't dry the clothes until they're hot. It's perfect and I'm very happy with it. My kids even like to do the laundry now since I've gotten my new washer and dryer. I love the help. They are both front loaders and I just love them.

So glad I bought this model.It does everything except fold the clothes! I love the that it lets you know how long each cycle is. No more wrinkled clothes because I do not like to iron. No More damp clothes either. There is so many settings to get the perfect setting for any fabric.

I purchased the matching washer with this dryer. It is a perfect set and I am still learning how to use it. My family wears a lot of jeans and the set does a great job - and wow do they come out clean! There are two things that I have noticed, the inner items do not get as dry, causing more drying time. The other is the Steam cycle is to long, need a shorter cycle time. This dryer is quieter then my old unit, but it could be a little bit quieter to live up to the commercials. Overall - we are very happy with the unit!

This dryer is huge, works great, quiet and at $600.00. The steam option is great to refresh clothes. Bought the washer with it. Laundry is so much easier now. very happy

Bought primarily for the steam refresh feature. Decided on Samsung based on good reviews from others and lack of reviews on Whirpool. Checked the steam refresh feature - very dissapointed. Not only it does not remove wrinkles, instead it makes the material wrinkled all over with tiny wrinkles (removes large wrinkles but makes entire materials uneven in texture with small dips all over). Definitely clothes look better when just dried straight when compared to the steam feature. Refresh feature is also very limited, cannot adjust for the number of items nor for the time duration. When it comes to regular drying, it does not seem to save time, looks very similar to the time I had spent with my previous Kitchen Aid dryer. Also the estimated time feature does not seem to estimate very precisely. For example, started with 44 minutes, at 34 minutes it jumped to 11 minutes, then several minutes later it went to 28 minutes. Also, once it gets to the last minute, it displays this 1 minute remaining for good 5 minutes or so. Have experienced this a number of times with different loads. Regarding the chime, I personally find it annoying, plays a melody, which could be cute at first, later plain annoying. Cannot disable the chime nor adjust the sound, so the entire house must hear the chime, no matter what time you're do the drying. Overall I did not find anything standing out in this dryer that would justify the price. Bunch of features with a limited flexibility, annoying chime, steam feature not delivering expected results, to the contrary making things worse. Going back to Whirpool (they don't make Kitchen Aid dryers anymore), prefer to buy American if I have a choice.

I really loved this product. It came as a recommendation from a friend and I am glad i took her advice. It is quick and fast! It doesn't hurt that i got everything for $1300 - including the pedestals!

I bought this dryer for $599. I've had it for about 2 months and I love it! I really like that on certain cycles it uses a sensor to adjust the dry time as needed. The steam option works great! I took all my winter clothes out of a space bag and popped them in to steam them & it got out all the wrinkles. The wrinkle prevent option is great, too. We stacked this washer & dryer set to make more room and it works really well. I'm kinda short, though, so sometimes I have to turn off the laundry room light to see what option the little red bar is on :)

I have not had the opportunity to try this dryer on every setting since I purchased it, but the settings that I have used work perfectly. The lint screen is easy to clean, the clothes come out looking nice and the machine itself is pretty quiet. What more could you ask for!?! The only thing that bugs me a little is that dirt and lint stick to the rubber strip that surrounds the door, but it's not a big deal. Overall, I think it was a superb deal (got it along with the matching washer for a "steal" during the holiday season of 2010).

We have had this dryer for a little month and it is working great! The Best Buy installers were absolutely wonderful! They set it up and installed and then they went over the features!

We purchased it because of the steam, and vibration technology. We were dissapointed it was not any less noisy than our builders grade 2004 ge washer. Too bad we already got rid of our old washer or we would have returned this one. I encourage people to shop around for something different if you are looking for quiet this is not quiet at all.

Everything is as advertised. I needed the increased size over my previous dryer and it works perfectly.

I had researched front loading machines for a while, and had patiently waited for the prices to become more affordable. My patience paid off, and I was finally able to purchase this washer, and the matching dryer. To say that I am pleased with the set is an understatement. I've washed everything that I can in the house except the pets!

I am so extremely pleased with this dryer. I have the matching washer and they are a very sexy pair. I can't imagine my life without them now that I have them.

I've owned this dryer just 2 months over a year now. The steam cycle does not remove wrinkles the way it says it will. If you try to dry towels or blankets you end up with a giant burrito that is dry on the outside and soaked on the inside. I always end up taking them out after running them thru 3 1hr cycles and line drying them. Today I ran a load of towels thru 6 cycles and they were still wet. The dryer is not heating at all anymore and will therefore, not dry anything. I can't believe I spent over a thousand bucks on this thing and its only been a headache. The owners manuel only tells you to clean the lint filter if the dryer isn't drying properly and I clean my lint filter before i start the dryer every time.
