I was unsure about getting front load washer at first, although after purchasing one. I am very pleased with my descision to go ahead and purchase one. I would recommend this item.

We have had this dryer for 22 months now and I hate it. At the moment it is broken as it's not putting any heat out what so ever. It never got hot enough and it takes over an hour to dry any load of laundry. Because the dryer 'batts' are so short, it balls up the sheets, blankets and bed spreads every time no matter how carefully you shake them out and spread the load out. I have tried putting a dry towel in with the sheets and even tennis balls but nothing stops the load from repeatedly balling up. I've given up on drying big items in it some time ago and I now hang those things over foldable dryers. I have better things to do with my time than standing over a dryer to repeatedly shake out a balled up load. I've never in my 40 years of doing laundry seen such an awful dryer. No matter how much you pay, it appears only junk is made now because we seem to live in a throw away world.

I do not touch the laundry because I've been banned from that room. My wife says that she loves the new washer and dryer.

We purchased this washer/dryer combination based on their reviews. In less than a year the dryer would not come on at all. We were told by the repair people that the "computer" is not functioning. We have been without a dryer for over a month. This is pretty tough when you have a family of 4. We purchased 3 Samsung products this year and have trouble with 2 of the 3. We will never purchase a Samsung product again. We really miss out 15 year old *hirlpool washer and dryer that were working perfectly when we gave them away.
