Very, VERY quiet and capacity is excellent. Clothes become dry without any reruns. Pre-set cycles are accurate and easy to use.

I love my dryer! It has a huge capacity and multiple settings - you can dry anything. It even has steam cycles for refresh your clothes. Like the washer, it is very quiet!

It dries clothes fast and finishes them fluffy. It is very quiet and easy to use. Automatic sensors based on type of clothes being dried. Highly recommend this dryer.

We were in the market for the top of the line appliances but did not want to spend an arm and a leg to get them. Sure this dryer is not the most expensive, but Samsung make great products and we wanted that brand. This particular dryer has pretty much all the features an average household would need. We also got this on the 4th of July sale and got a great deal. Best Buy also price matches and checks other stores for prices if you ask them to before making the purchase.

This dryer is great. It is quiet and all cycles working perfect. We have had no issues. It is 200 times quieter than our 13 year old Kenmore dryer. It is our first steam dryer and we love it. It is amazing! We have had no issues with vibration, quality or something else.

I have had this dryer now for a few months and it is amazing. I use it to get rid of wrinkles from my clothes, to dry bedding, to dry clothes, to dry puppy toys, it always gets the job done and has a million different settings so you can just set and leave and come home to nice warm dry clothes. It even has a drying rack for shoes. I would recommend this to anyone who is in the market looking for an affordable high quality dryer.

I had been researching a new washer/dryer for several months and had narrowed my choices. I was looking at the base models (white) since the price was right and wasn't sure if I could justify the higher priced ones (platinum). After asking more questions I am glad I purchased the platinum versions as there are more options to chose from and the platinum looks very really nice in the laundry room. I also purchased the drawers and am glad for all the extra space. The units sit high enough now to be accessible and also with the drawers it makes it much easier to clean the washer (just put a bucket underneath). I think if the unit sat direct on the floor you wouldn't be able to get a bucket under to collect the water. I am glad I spent the extra $ to get the higher options. Also, I was skeptical about washing a comforter; but it actually does. I have also been able to wash our pillows and since the spinner cycle works so well, they are practically dry when they come out of the washer. And since you can wash so much more with each load we only have 3-4 loads a week now (we are a small family). It also has an active wear cycle; my husband works outdoors so, his clothes are sometimes smelly; this cycle makes the clothes smell fresh again. Also, a great feature is the delay cycle. I can get the washer all ready and set the timer to start at a later time. I highly recommend getting the platinum versions if you want all the options.

This is an awesome dryer! There are tons of cycle options and I love how the dryer will stop when it senses that the clothes are dry. Very efficient and quiet. Would definitely recommend!

I love this dryer. It's compact for such a large capacity model. It also looks nice and is quiet.

I was a little nervous buying a Samsung dryer, more so because I knew of Samsung being a great TV but an appliance, come on. Wow was I wrong, we love our Samsung dryer, easy to use, and lots of settings\options. Very pleased.

This dryer replaced our 24 year old Maytag dryer. Our old dryer was giving us more problems so it was time to switch out both units. I'm now wondering why we waited so long. We couldn't be happier with both units. We've had it for less than a month so we haven't had an opportunity to use all the features, or use it on extra large items like comforters. But so far it's been great.

My GE Washer and dryer were over twenty years old when the washer finally quit. I bought the Samsung pair as replacements. These machines are so much quieter, Clean so much better, and use so much less water and energy that I regret not doing it sooner. All of our clothes look better than they ever did with the old machines and we can wash our down duvets with these machines. Fantastic all around.

hands down the best washer and dryer set I have ever owned. They are ultra quiet, relatively quick, use lower amounts of water, and produce stunningly clean and soft dry clothes with little effort. I picked these up on a holiday sale for 300 off per unit, so they run great sales on them as well. We went with these over the LG versions because the dryer has a waterline going straight into it for the steam drying. The LG you have to refill a little container before you use the steam options.....we would not end up using if that were the case. Best Buy gave us free delivery and hookup with free haul away of the old appliances (saved me a trip and the hassle of dealing with recycling or selling elsewhere.). Delivery service was on time and the guys were very professional and I was impressed at the speed they could get the larger items in without damaging anything. THANKS!

When it rains, it pours ...I replaced my Washer/Dryer and Dishwasher, all at the same time. My brother has a Samsung set, which he highly recommended. After several months of researching specifications and consumer reviews on all the different brands and types (top loader vs. front loader), I settled on the model numbers I wanted, then found a store that offered all three. I'd say one of the best features, with this dryer, is that the filter is right in front (extremely easy access) so cleaning it before each use is simply part of the routine. (My previous dryer was in use for over 47 years ... I hope to take care of this one so it will last that long!). I also appreciate that it seems to be "true to temperature", so delicate items don't get overheated.

Works great, really love the features on this dryer. My only gripe is that the sensor does not always allow the clothes to get 100% dry. If you up the Dryness setting this becomes a non-issue. I hope this things lasts a while because it's great.

I purchased this Samsung dryer as a discontinued model for 1/3 of the price, and it's pretty sophisticated. I'm loving it so far. Samsung has really nice appliances.

The dryer is big enough for all our clothes and the neighbors clothes as well. The setting descriptions are not clear in regards to how it affects how it dries your clothes. I think Best Buy could do a better job of describing this to their customers. They found the closest sales person in the store to help us. I think they may have not worked in this area because of the lack of knowledge they had on the products.
