This dryer is very nice and so technical, but I do have issue with either the way it was put together or maybe loaded. Currently I'm working on getting my third one delivered today as the first one the heating element did not work. My second one which we did not take notice until after delivery guys were gone, it looks as though someone maybe pulled it backwards causing some separation between the top dial area and where it meets the top of the dryer causing it to be separated and not flush. It dries quickly, but this is not what I paid for so a new replacement is being brought today. One other issue, the vent sensor, it's extremely sensitive. If your vent hose is even a little to long, has a little to much bend or has even the littlest of pressure against it your machine has a continuous light up that tells you. Don't get me wrong, this dryer is slick looking and very advanced, but the book that comes with it almost makes you feel as though you went back to school just to learn how to use it. I've attached pictures so you can see what I'm referring to. I have a picture of them sitting side by side and it shows the washer on the right side (it's all flush) and dryer on the left (not flush).

Very pleased with this dryer so far. We have owned for 1 week. The dryer runs very quiet and accomodates a large load of laundry. Would recommend!!

I'm absolutely in luv with my dryer. I'm in the process of getting the matching washer. My clothes dry fast and efficiently. There are many different settings and times that can be used. I just love it

Stylish, quite and dries all of our laundry well.. Controls are easy to learn and use. Has all of the automatic drying and steam settings I could need. Additionally the Best Buy delivery and install guys were very professional. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Can you buy a cheaper Dryer? Yes. Will that dryer have the level of functionality that this one has? In almost every case, no (At least I wasn't able to find one). Dispite having tons of features, this dryer is really easy to use. It's quite and still does a fantastic job of drying your cloths. One quirk that took me by suprise, it plays a little song when it's done drying. I didn't know it did that and freaked me out for a second until I figured out it was the dryer. Not a big deal, and you can turn that feature off if you don't like it, but it caught me off gaurd at first. Overall, I really like this dryer.

When my washer finally died after 15 years of faithful service I knew that I wanted something with more capacity. Obviously, I'd need an equally large dryer to replace the 15 year old one that didn't really dry anymore. This dryer definitely fits the bill. I love that it tells you how long the load will take to dry. The anti-static feature is great and will be used a lot this winter. Dress shirts come out virtually wrinkle-free. The song it plays at the end of a cycle is cute. After a full month of testing this out on various cycles, I am completely satisfied.

Seems to be a solid dryer with lots of features. It does everything we need and more. Steam feature is great and large capacity means great for comforters! Also found the anti-static and wrinkle prevent to be useful. Also economy dry seems to be great for light loads which you dont want to waste too much energy on. We have found that a very large load doesnt do too well on eco dry mode as it still ends up damp. This one was actually a customer return scratch/dent so got a great deal below sales prices.

My wife and I absolutely love the large capacity of this dryer! We find that the dryer dries large loads fairly quickly, ensure you select the right setting, and we have had made a lot of use of the steam functions.

We love this dryer!! Very quiet and does a great job. Very large capacity but don't stuff it full or it will not dry very well. Great looking machine and the controls are very intuitive. We hope it lasts longer than our Kenmore elite oasis dryer which struggled to make it 6 years and 3 control board replacements!

This Samsung dryer is not only beautiful, but so very quiet. It gets clothes dry quickly and the steam feature saves on having to iron everything I have used it on.

really works fast and is easy to use without the instructions. It was worth having to rewire the laundry room for this unit. Also because it is electric I can heat my garage while I'm drying my clothes , I vented it to the garage.

this is a very fast dryer which means lest money to operate.I love the way it looks with the glass door the controls are great and the steamer is a must have for wrinkles.

Easy to operate. Multiple options for drying. Glass door is nice. Install is easy. The Steam dry is very good. Switching door right to left is at least an hour of hassle from the unclear instructions of the manual.

I bought this with the washer. It is a big improvement from our decade old dryer that we had prior. Pro tip: only a hot water line needs to be installed for the steam feature.A Y-adapter is included so you can use share the hot water tap from your washer. A down side to this is the potential to starve either your washer or dryer of hot water if they require it at the same time.

Variety of options including energy efficient. Spacious enough for large loads without holding moisture after end of cycle. Have not used the extra features yet, but I enjoy having the options. Cycles quietly. I recommend having Best Buy do the install. It was easy and a real time saver.

We love this dryer. It has settings for any challenge your clothes require. The steam is for sanitizing your laundry, and I really like the reminder when you need to clean the lint screen. There is ample lighting inside the drum with the LED lights. End of cycle chimes are much more pleasant than the old buzz our previous dryer made. We have been using this dryer for about 2 months now and everything is going great. A perfect match to the washer.

Have owned for approximately 2-weeks; Previous W/D was a Maytag front-load - 10-years old; Positives; Clothes are drying much faster than old dryer; I have not tried the steam setting yet, since the installer didn't connect the dryer to accommodate this feature; will plan to get this working soon; for those that complain about the music on both the washer and dryer, you can turn this off, which I did. no complaints.

This dryer is so quiet. It drys clothes very well. Installation was very easy and quick.

I love this dryer. It is nice and big. its great for washing blankets and bulky bedding.
