We've used it for 1 and a half years and haven't had any issues. Everything is perfectly dried in one cycle, even when drying heavy duty loads. Love the drying sensor. Ends the cycle once the cloths are dry and saves you energy costs. Also fits well into tight spaces.

This dryer has large capacity for drying and is extremely quiet. There are others that cost more but perform less! Thinking of a new dryer, buy this one, hands down the best!

Was told it would be converted to propane for us before arrival. Paid for the conversion. Dryer arrived with no conversion and was told that Best Buy does not do that. Had to get refunded for the conversion and the hookup kit. A hassle as we had to hunt for a conversion that was compatible( thanks Amazon) Salesman needs more training on what services they can sell. Dryer works great now that we did the conversion ourselves.

Took a bit to receive, but Best Buy was very helpful in that situation. The dryer is great but...it isnt one to plug in and know how it works. This dryer has all the bells and whistles. Just takes a bit to learn.
