    Not satisfied at all with purchase. Item arrived without ability to heat. Cycled randomly into cooldown cycle. Scheduling return via phone took WAY too long. Had to schedule geek squad check visit for him to confirm it was not functioning, then had to schedule redelivery, then had to schedule geek squad return visit to fix door. Scheduled for 7/15. It is now 7/16 and no word. Tons of lost time from work. Not feeling very appreciated as a "premier best buy member" as geek squad missed their appointment completely. Another 50 minute wait on phone??

    I bought the washer and dryer combo. The washer is awesome. This dryer is a full 6" smaller than the washer (!?) how the heck did I buy it as a set and it's smaller? Second, and MAYBE I gotta' read the manual, but the dryer doesn't dry clothes well at ALL. I'm shocked that every load that I put in...normal, heavy, bedding, any setting...always is still very damp when I take it out.

    was not a good deal. Much better deal at Costco for a much better samsung set so purchased that one and cancelled this one. Can't call a best buy store, when you call the 800# hold 30-45 mins. terrible. Chat and other end are like robots. Write in to exec's no real response. rally sad where best buy is now.

    this dryer is a nitemare if it is set to the auto setting it shuts off before the clothes are dry, manual settings hv to be set at timed dry and then the dryer doesnt even stay hot. All I've done since they arrived is go back and forth to the laundry room to check the dryer!

    never got due to horrible live agent that cancelled and reordered my dryer 3 times without my knowledge. received my washer on time just to find out i wouldn’t get my dryer. wouldn’t recommend appliances from best buy. i ended up having to order from home depot.

    Nice looking and I’ve never had a gas dryer but my clothes are never fully dry after a regular cycle. It takes so long to dry I’m not sure if it’s defective or what. Not happy I’d rather go back to an old school dryer with a turn knob.

    We have had 2 call Service a 2nd time, they said it would take nearly 8 days before they can come to look at Dryer. So how do clothes get outside the drum and shut the unit down? I would stay away from this unit!

    Purchased in July 2021 Dead by November 2021. Samsung unresponsive for weeks and stood us up for an appointment! Misha and Bob from the Geek Squad made it right. #customer recovery

    Gas Dryer

    Overall good dryer. Occasionally it will stop and turn off while on the bedding setting. I’m sure if the heavier bedding is causing a problem or what. Still working well after almost 3 years of use.

    Very dissapointed, will never buy another Samsung

    Made the mistake of trying to save a buck over getting an LG which are known to be the best. Just had the control board go bad on ours for no reason after 2y years, now out of warranty, so there's $800 down the toilet. Samsung isnt good at appliances, stick with their TVs only!
