This has been such a great purchase. Its fast and efficient! After having a dryer that does not dry quickly, it was so nice to have one that after 30 minutes the clothes were dry. We also love the steam component as well.

Our first unit had a totally defective moisture sensor. If I dried anything on a setting that used the sensor, then the clothes were damp at the end of the cycle and the cycle ran a very short amount of time usually because the sensor wrongly decided my blankets, jeans, and sheets are dry when they were still super damp. An example of what would happen is that I would start the "heavy duty" or "normal cycle" and select "more dry" for the dryness setting, to get things as dry as possible. The cycle would start with time set for about an hour or more , but the darn moisture sensor short-circuited the drying and I had loads STOP after ten minutes when they were totally wet. I would run the cycle again and it would stop after just 2-3 minutes because the sensor said it was done. The only option I had to actually get my laundry dry was to use only the timed dry because it doesn't use a moisture sensor. But I have to disable the "eco" option by just pressing the eco button) in the timed dry or else the loads won't dry at all. We returned the first unit and got another and the second unit is improved, BUT still not working. Basically all my loads stop when they are still damp. If I run the same cycle ( normal or heavy duty or bedding cycle) again in hopes of the laundry drying, the sensor stops the load after a few minutes and tells me it is done when in fact it is still damp in many places. My only option to get my laundry dry is to run the timed dry option as I described. This is totally disappointing and I am hoping maybe there are just a few bad units because there are so many positive reviews. I am trying to decide if I want to return this one and try one more of these units or just to go with another product. We have the matching washer so I really hoped to get one of these samsung dryers that worked. Our old dryer still works great, we just needed the larger capacity dryer to match our new samsung 5.4cu ft washer. Hopefully these were just 2 lemons and we can get one that actually works. the moisture sensors on these models seems to be the only defective thing but it is ridiculous that we have had 2 units now with the sensor broken. Best Buys Return policy is also only 15 days which is another are of concern. Costco has 90 days and Lowes has 30 days so best buy has about the worst return policy. I have this dryer for stars because it seems to take much longer to dry a load of clothes than my old dry. It appears to be a quality product, so I have no complaints along that line, but I wish it were a little faster. I’ve only had it for a month.

This is by far the best dryer I have ever owned. I absolutely love the moisture sense technology and how the dryer goes till every thing is dried. The clothes are softer then ever. But by far my favorite feature is the app for my phone.

Great product. I guess wrinkle free has been challenging to use? maybe a technician can help us with that, I have given 5 stars as I believe the product is great & something else is casing this shortcoming.

The multiple drying options makes it highly efficient. The Steam / dry sensor saves a lot of energy and time, so we can get multiple loads done in a day. No more worries of over drying and or shrinking clothes.

We are very pleased with the washer and dryer. The delivery guys were prompt, pleasant and gave a good overview of the operation of each unit. Our sales person, Albert was fantastic and really answered all questions.

Bought this with the same model washer and both work really well. The dryer has a sensor that automatically adds time to the timer to ensure clothes are dry when you take them out. Multiple settings for different types of clothing.

Great washer and dryer! Only giving 4 stars because I’m short and sometimes need a stool to reach the bottom of the washing machine. Also, does not wash a thick king comforter like I thought! Other than that no problems.

This dryer dries color clothes very well. but bedding items good most of the time. If I have too many beddings items it doesn't dry very good. There will be a damp sheet or duvet will take more time to dry.

I’ve only had this for a month and hope it continues to work great. I did notice that there was a bit of a learning curve to know which option to pick when turning the dial to ensure my laundry dries good.

Love the machine. The problem we had was getting it delivered. Purchased in January and it took over 3 weeks for delivery. Will never use BESTBUY for any more appliances if they deliver

My parents wash frequently. Therefore they need an up-to-date, yet easy to operate set. This Samsung set provided that. They love me for the great gift!

Bought this and the matching dryer last summer for a new home. They work well and to a great job cleaning clothes and drying. Never a problem. Will keep my fingers crossed that they last many years!

Purchased newer version as I moved. Buyers of my previous home negotiated to keep the previous product. I bought the samsung washer and dryer package and pleased with the various settings and overall easy to use.

Very nice for the price . I was in need of a new dryer and this one was just right as I need a bigger dryer to dry a king comforter and this one does the job .

I love the open impeller washer it allows you to freely place the clothes in and with great technology the washer adjust to load so no extra water is use savings and clean clothes winnings!!

I've had older dryers my whole life and this is my first new dryer and it has so many options and works so much better than any of the dryers I've had in the past. I love being able to customize my loads!

Everything from the purchase to deliver and install was very professional and at good prices. I have always been going to Best Buy for these reasons and will continue to do so.
