I love my duo. They’re perfect. I’ve had them for a month already and I like them. Easy to use and has a lot of space both of them. Delivery guys really help out and know what to do.

Our last washer dryer set lasted 14 years and we expect nothing less from this one. Our daughter has the sam set as does our best friends Ann we all love them.

This particular dryer is easy to operate. The Power & the Hold to Start button is also in braille, which is outstanding since my husband is blind. Highly recommend this item. Very pleased!!

I bought a Maytag 3 years ago and had to replace the main console twice. While waiting for the backordered console I purchased the Samsung. So glad I did. No regrets.

We are a growing family that needed something to handle the loads of clothes moving through our house. This was better than we thought it would be. Great features and washes great and fast.

The dryer is a good dryer. we have not had any issues with how it dries our loads. I it a good dryer.

So I purchased the washer and dryer sat. The washer is great however the dryer is just all right. I generally have to run the cycle more than once to get my clothing all the way dry. I’ve tried different settings I’ve extended the time on the time to try and increased that heat to high and still it just takes a really long time for my clothing to dry. I’ve also read the manual to see if there’s anything different that I can be doing and it doesn’t look like it. So, not horrible, just not what I expected.

Dryer does more than we need it to! We bought this as a replacement for a 10 year old maytag and it amazes me how much these new dryers will do. Haven't tried the steam function yet.

Gas line wasnt installed properly which caused a leak. Couldnt get the installer back out for 7 days. Best buy didnt treat it as a rush either. Disappointing.

Very happy with my purchase. Should have made this decision for new washer and dryer sooner.

Great dryer! Its super quiet and the refresh/steam options is amazing, worth every penny! Not sure on the fingerprint resistant yet but we will see.

Its a great dryer. Had dryer for nearly a month. IT drys pretty much everything that you put it in. Will dry a king-size comforter if it is drying alone.

I have to use the time dry in order for my clothes to be dry. Seems as though the self sensor doesn’t get it all the way there.

Purchased the Samsung top loader washer and dryer. Had to read up on all features of the product. So far I have no complaints and I am enjoying the self cleaning option.

We recently purchased the Samsung Washer & Dryer combo. In making the purchase, we opted for the installation service and purchased all mandatory add-ons that were listed as required for installation, including Best Buy's "installation kit". However, during the installation, Best Buy's technician advised that an additional hose was needed which was not included in Best Buy's installation kit. Ultimately, we needed to spend even more money to purchase the additional hose in order to complete the installation. Upon contacting Best Buy via phone to alert them as to the mishap, the customer representative advised that there was nothing that they could do, despite the fact that the Best Buy website falsely implied that their installation kit was all that was needed in order to complete the installation via their service. Best Buy refused to refund the cost for the additional item (which should have been included in the kit) and did not appear to take any action to rectify this issue for future customers. Notably, the Best Buy technician suggested that other customers have experienced similar issues. In conclusion, the product itself appears to be effective. However, Best Buy's (1) failure to indicate that further additional items need to be purchased; (2) together with Best Buy's failure to rectify the problem upon being alerted to the same, is ultimately disappointing.

Bought it from Best Buy, installation crew brought it, installed and removed the old one. Great product, works perfectly for us.

I can dry a full load of sweatshirts on delicate (low heat) in under 30 minutes. It is amazing and so quiet. I’m so happy with my purchase!

works fine, it seems to take longer to dry compared to my previous one from another brand, but overall, no major issues.
