I’m not a fan of the drying cycle options as it feels to me that they don’t actually make sense for the type of clothes you are drying.

Dryer Does Not Work Properly

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This Samsung 7.4 Cu Ft Gas Dryer with Steam and Sensor, Black Stainless Steel has been installed since Feb of 2021, so is 1 1/2 years with us and now is not drying clothes. The vent has been inspected and cleaned, and it did not solve the issue. We only do laundry a couple times per week for 2 adults. This should not happen, so please be advised not to purchase. $1,000 for a dryer should not last less than 2 years.

Disappointed in Samsung

Have been very happy up until now. Our dryer motor failed after only 18 months of use. It has been slowly failing for 45 days until it completely stopped working. $449.20 later, it is working again. I would not recommend this gas dryer to anyone. Besides the motor failure, it usually needs at least 2 drying cycles to completely dry the contents

Unfortunately this dryer takes forever to dry!! I am working my way through all the settings but I have to dry the clothes 2x just to get the job done. It’s so frustrating! It slows down the process of drying clothes...... I would not recommend it.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was the worst purchase I have ever made, you have to run each cycle twice most of the time for your clothes to be completely dry so your using twice the electricity and gas for each load. Please look at other machines before considering this one. This is also true of the washer. Both machines were properly installed and are being used correctly.

Horrible service

Best Buy repair services hasn’t been here to repair it for 2 weeks now. So I have not been able to use it. Best Buy geek squad is horrible & Samsung doesn’t know what they’re doing. What steam function?

Every time I use it, I open the door to find a sopping wet shirt. Waste of time and waste of money. Larger loads don't dry - well the sensor things they did - but they are not completely dry. Switched from GE to Samsung and have never been so disappointed.

Terrible

Had major leak in home. Whole house smelled like gas. Thank GOD we didn’t strike a match or try to cook anything.

Very difficult to use

Dryer is Shutting down after 5 minutes

Doesn’t play the music or anything, just completely shuts off. This is unacceptable and has only been used a handful of times.
