    The WORST customer service and still no W & D!!

    How am I able to write a review when I still have not received my washer and dryer that was ordered 8 months ago? Poorest communication ever with Best Buy. Can not talk to anyone in the store when you call or in person. Customer service is not in the US. Not one person can tell me when these will get here. I can’t cancel and get my money back or they will not refund and actually charge me as bought in a promotion! How can they not return the $1500 so I can get a washer and dryer in a timely manner?? Shows me ordered in July. I did not. I picked up the rest of my Samsung appliances in July that I ordered and paid for the same day in May. I am told they are to be calling me with an update. Still no phone call or communication. Samsung says they are in stock when I call them and would I like to order?? Please fulfill the order I already have placed!!

    Would like better if play/pause button worked bett

    Love it only issue i have is with blankets ive had to dry it twice and the play/pause button is really hard to get to work hoping i can get it fixed or replaced

    Nice features but does not dry at all, Normal cycle leaves clothes damp, and has to be run a second time to complete the job

    Delivered with a defective motor.

    Brand new dryer was delivered with a busted motor. Samsung came out and replaced motor, and it works great now, but definitely shouldn't have been delivered defective.

    I would not recommend this dryer. We got the set samsung washer/ dryer. The washer works great. The dryer takes many cycles to actually get our clothes dry even with a light load. We have had it for a month and a half and if we could still return it i would.

    Broke after less than 2 months use.

    Delivered on November 1st and today is December 29th and dryer had a loud bang and quit working! I did take the extended insurance and another type of insurance. They will deliver a new unit on January 9th. Hopefully better luck with the new one.

    Worst dryer ever. Thin blanket takes well over 2 hours - and still pretty wet when you take it out.

    Doesn’t dry completely. Damp pockets, waistbands thicker material. Had to continuously restart and it kept turning off. I’m not babysitting a dryer.

    Awesome dryer! Bought the washer first from a different vendor only to realize my dryer couldn't keep up with the new capacity of the washer. Best Buy was the only place I could find the matching dryer with free delivery as a perk! Didn't take long at all to receive and drivers were very courteous. First time buying an appliance from Best Buy and was very pleased! Will shop here first next time!

    Really loving this dryer. There are times I see water in the ground - but I’ll have to investigate still as it may be the opening in the back that is for a water hose. Otherwise will have to have it looked at. This wouldn’t have kept me from buying it again, as electronics are always difficult to gauge/make everything perfect.
