So far, it works really well and is easy to use. I haven’t used the steam function yet, but I’m glad it has it. Love the smart features too - my phone alerts me when the cycle is finished so I can go get my clothes out and put another load in.

Samsung Washer and dryer best overall. Not noisy powerful and work great! As wife as it both machines are, I will say if you arent a tall person, you will have to purchase a step stool eith any washer above 5.5 that doesnt have the door on the side vs on top! Think smarter work not so harder! And they wash heavy duty towels, bed sheets, mattress toppers and blankets!

Love this dryer ! It’s quiet and drys great! My best friend bought the older model amd loves it so I bought this one which was newer model along with the washer and my husband and I love them! I researched for so long and finally bought these so far they are fantastic as we do loads and loads of laundry

Purchased with matching washer on September of ‘24 due to mildew issue in washer and I can’t look at a mismatched set, just me. Dryer works well and overall happy with it. Does require a little extra time with dense fabrics like jeans or towels, but nothing insane. It is a little louder then old dryer, but I quickly grew to not notice it any longer. Coated drum seems to have greatly reduced static in my dry clothes, so also a side plus. App is very handy if your wanting to know what dryer is doing at any given time.

The gas dryer is very quiet and is very efficient. Love all the different settings it offers.

It's a great dryer machine. What I love about it is that it's brilliant. You can monitor it on your cell phone.

This dryer does not dry well, no matter what setting you put it in clothes on they are still wet when the cycle is complete and the cycle completes before the time it says, it finishes fast.

We purchased the this Samsung washer & matching gas dryer three weeks ago. We also purchased this installation and removal package as well. The two guys that did the installation and removal were awesome. They came early, worked fast and clean. Moving from an older Maytag washer/dryer combo took a couple of loads to get used to, but works well! What's the first difference is the size of the drum... just like the washer, it's big. The just like the washer, the dryer works great on all of the various cycles we've used so far, and I've found that my polo shirts seemed to be a little cleaner, and less wrinkled. The dryer did a great job on the king-sized sheets too, primarily because we can put in both sheets and pillow cases in one load! We could not do that with the old dryer. Also tried the the de-wrinkle setting for my shirts... it worked well. Just like the washer, it is really quiet to operate. We still have not gotten to the "Smart" washer part, where we can communicate with the washer via a Samsung app on out phone! All in all... a great dryer, and we are pleased with it and the Best Buy team,

Great dryer. I bought it to replace my old Samsung one. The previous one had absolutely no issues but the washer did, so I replaced bough. I love the design of this dryer and that it connects to the app. My only issue is that it doesn’t dry clothes all the way and the clothes come out wrinkled. I have to put the dryer in the bedding setting to dry my clothes completely.

Dries clothes faster and I love the smart phone alerts since mine is in the basement. One change I'd make is to allow adjustment on temp for programmed choices like the washer. I have to use timed drying when getting my own preference.

I am absolutely in love with this dryer. It is extremely quite, has wi-fi so i can monitor my clothes. The options of drying available are very helpful and i can't get enough of the steam setting.

This dryer is pretty and very large. I like that I can dry my larger blankets and comforters. There are a lot of setting that I have yet to explore. What I do not like about this dryer is that it will not completely dry my clothes sometimes when I'm using the pre-set options. Thankfully, there is a time dry option that I can use. The dryer also had a feature that allows you to connect with your smart phone. I'm not impressed with this feature. It basically lets you know when the dryer is going and when it's completed. What would be great is if you could start and stop the dryer from your phone, but that's not possible.

Dryer seems to work more efficiently than our old one while holding larger loads

Amazing looking machine, it works so well and quiet I am scared that we might leave it in, also the Wi-Fi connectivity is great for when you’re away and still want to make sure you have everything under control

This dryer is the best. Very spacious and dries my heavy items such as jeans, sweats and blankets in 1 cycle. I haven’t had to do a 2nd cycle.
