This dryer is quiet and the steam feature seems to help get wrinkles out. Depending on load size, it sometimes stops before the clothes are dry. I have to choose a very dry setting to get clothes dry with a small load.

I bought this dryer machine 1y ago. It’s been working great so far. Household of 4 people. It’s situated in the basement, so for me is not a noisy machine at all. Dries very well and is energy efficient.

I purchased this dryer together with the matching washer for my mother after hers stopped working. This dryer is great, dries clothes pretty quickly and effectively. It also looks gorgeous!

This is the easiest dryer I have ever used. The display is very easy to understand also. It doesn't matter if it is clothes, sheets or blankets, everything turns out dry.

For a house of 7 people. Who are old enough to do their own laundry. Have not heard anyone complain about this dryer. For me it works great, now that I have learned best setting for my needs. Eco dry for instance cannot handle that much clothes when on timed dry. Suggest avoiding when you need to dry on high and do not want it to take over an hour. Honestly that is my only gripe. I like to used timed dry more than anything. Maybe I will give steam dry a chance eventually, but right now this gets the job done. Check back in 3 years to see about reliability.

A dryer for the family, very functional with the steam dryer for delicate fabrics and great for everyday drying stuff like kids and sports clothes.

This dryer is very intuitive and easy to use. Does a great job of drying and I appreciate the light inside. Lets me see if I've missed anything.

works great, dries very quickly and the refresh setting is great when I leave the house with close still drying and I neew to remove wrinkles!

The dryer is fast drying and has plenty of settings to accomplish any drying needs. Also the large capacity is nice for bedding.

I got this dryer because I was replacing my old washer with a Samsung one. I decided to get a matching dryer. I ended up returning it, and am now happy with my old GE. What I liked about it: -the steam cycle was something I was looking forward to, since my old one didn’t have it. What I didn’t like about it: -not all my preferences would save in the custom cycles options. -very small loads with small items, like socks, would cause items to get stuck at the front vent. It was as if the tumbling was in a cyclone motion, which is likely intentional to allow for better tumbling of items. But for small loads, the tumbling would toss small items over the vent (which was in an oddly horizontal—flat position), and they would just sit there till the cycle was over. -the clothes would come out a lot more wrinkled than my old GE’s. Even using the option to keep loads fresh (or whatever it is they called it), wasn’t enough. It would actually just tumble a couple of times a minute after end of cycle. That isn’t enough to keep the clothes from wrinkling. My old GE would just keep tumbling and beeping till I removed the load, which is not very efficient (I know). But it did the job at not wrinkling my clothes. -the sound at the end of the cycle was a super annoying jingle, that seemed to go on for over 30 seconds (probably 10 or so, but it sure felt a lot longer). Just give me a beep. That’s all I want. -the material would scratch if you just looked at it wrong. Couldn’t put anything on top of it, or it’d scratch. My old one was white, and small scratches seemed to go away after I wipe it. This Samsung, on the other hand, seemed to have a coating film around it, instead of actual hard paint. Lastly, it’s worth mentioning that the first unit i got was defective. It would sound like the canister inside was a bit loose. It dried the clothes, but was noise. I got a tech to look at it, but they ended up just replacing it for me. I’m glad BestBuy was great to deal with, and I had no trouble returning it after having it for almost 2 months.

We really love our new gas steam dryer. Drys fast and the steam feature is handy.
