After getting 2 floor samples that did not function as designed I finally got the 3rd one and it's been great thus far. Lots of options and cool touchscreen. The WIFI option is not he best but not a feature I would use anyway.

Does a great job and has lots of drying options. My wife especially likes the happy music that it plays when it is done with it's job, and then the sad music it plays when you turn it off. Great pair to the Samsung 4.5 CU 21 front load washer.

I bought the washer and dryer as a set. They work great. It saved me a ton on my water and electric bill. Very impressed.

Overall, the product is excellent. A lot of different options that perform well. My only struggle has been, how to apply the wi-fi function to a real world scenario?

You have to dry clothes for 1 hour and 20 minutes to get then dry!

I bought the set and had them stacked. The dryer sounded like there was a cricket inside it while it was drying, could even hear the squeak when opening and closing the door. Had someoone out to look at it, he worked on it and it started squeaking before he was even out of the driveway. Returned it and got another and had same problem! Units are level so don't think that is the problem. Had Samsung repair person out, he did something with some screws, thought we had it fixed as it did not squeak upon starting the load but then decided to squeak at a different time in the cycle (of course after he was gone). Does not do it the whole drying time, just at times when heating up and cooling down. Very annoying, paid a pretty penny for this unit and should not make this noise. Can't believe that 2 of them would make the same noise. Love the washer and love this dryer too when it is performing quietly as it always should. Only other problem is when the units are stacked, seeing the touch screen on the top unit is hard because of the height and angle. Bought a little step stool to help with that.

I love this dryer. We purchased it to compliment the washer we bought. I can't believe how fast it dries and I use the medium heat setting for most everything and it only takes about 35mins. The dryer definitely holds a lot and was very well made. The only thing negative I've experienced is on small loads it senses the clothes are dry but in some cases you end up with one or two damp shirts.

I've had it for almost 2 years. Never had a problem with it. On Medium speed blankets and sheets go into a ball and you might need to shake them out 1/2 way through the cycle so you do t have to run it again.

Completely disappointed. Purchased with mating washer based on CR and other reviews. Dryer electronics broke completely at the end of June. We finally got a replacement on August 2. If Best Buy had not loaned us a dryer after the first 2 weeks of using the Laundromat we would have been 4 weeks without one! Samsung customer support was also a big disappointment. We made several phone calls and e-mails to the various groups without ANY help or response except "we filled out a claim form". Based on the performance of the 3 Samsung appliances we purchased in a package and the lack of customer support I cannot recommend this to anyone

I like you can place your clothes in and select the "Auto" setting and it'll stop once it senses everything is dry. No more over-drying.
