Horrible dryer

The top portion was the equivalent of hang drying for 30 mins. Had to take out and repeatedly take out blankets, towels, and comforters just to get it to finally dry.

We were very impressed by how quickly and thoroughly the clothes have dried in the main dryer. It's also beautiful to look at. I've had so many comments on the attractive appearance. The top dryer with the air drying rack has really been nice as well. So far we have been able to dry my wife’s suede skirt and a new nice blouse that normally would have been ruined in a standard dryer. Our old dryer did not hold nearly the capacity of the FlexDry, and since this machine is so efficient, I never have to worry about pulling out damp clothes at the end of the cycle. Our home used to be cluttered with items that we had washed but couldn’t dry with the full load. We are talking chairs, the counter, etc. But now, our FlexDry can handle any load and gets everything dried and ready to wear. The FlexDry is so easy to use that my kids are now even pitching in. We will see if that lasts but overall, I am very happy with this dryer.

I wanted to allow a few months to go by before giving a review. This thing is excellent. It's quiet, highly efficient and fast. It dries clothing in about 1/2 of the time of my prior Samsung dryer. It's so simple to use and it works significantly better than our prior unit. I am very happy we made this purchase, money well spent.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.f you decide to get this set, make sure you get the warranty through best buy because you will need it i have had nothing but trouble with mine this is the third time for the same problem, and I hope they replace it this time I was told they would so we will see in 2 days if they stand by their word. I will post if they do, and it is my washer and dryer same thing the lady I talked to said they both could get replaced so we will see. I will let you all know if they do what they say in the warranty same problem more than 3 times. I would only recommend if you get the extra coverage.
