I've had front loaders before and was skeptical about buying this set, but my laundry rooom is tiny and something stackable would just be great. So, after much searching snd much debate, i purchased this set. (It helped that it was on sale!) I am so happy I did! Plus my kids think its so cool that my samsung tv tells us when the washer and dryer are done.

I had an older model but this one so far seems to be better. I like the steam options and they worked well. We also think the unit looks amazing so that was a nice bonus!

It was easy to set up and the option to connect via SmartThings has been pretty handy. I've tried a few of the different preset drying cycles and I've gotten the expected results from each one I've tried. So far it's been extremely quiet when in use, which is a huge plus.

The doors were very light and hard to close at times. The wifi and smart features were very difficult to setup. The chime is very annoying.
