Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like the variety of options and the quick starting functions but for some reason when I set the normal cycle and time begins, after two minutes of drying, the dryer skips to 5 minutes of time left and leaves my close wet. I unplugged as to restart the dryer but that didn’t work. I also wonder why the light inside won’t turn on when I open the door even if the power button is not turned on. The washer doesn’t do this, it turns on with the button being off!

Lots of capacity, takes a long time to dry

If you are loading a comforter or something like that, it can drag on the ground. Who wants to put dirty stuff in the dryer?? The sensor says that the clothes are dry, but they're not. I don't have the steam hooked up; Best Buy installers told me that I didn't have a long enough hose. I tried to get a longer one elsewhere (8 ft) but haven't been successful.
