They clean very efficiently, have a great notification platform through smart things that lets you know when they are done. Looks wise, they pretty which I wasn't too concerned about but it's a nice accolade

It works just as good as the 1st one we've ever had. The SmartThings app addition is a plus and it was easily detected by our phone's app and added without a hitch! Now, we get real-time updates on our loads!

This gives you the ability to start it remotely from your phone. The color is amazing. I had the previous model and like those these are super quiet.

Got “Open Box Excellent” but the additional parts were not included nor was the instruction manual. The lint filter was completely full and there was a dead bug in it
