    Delivery was not on the scheduled day and the overall service is horrible. These were 2 items out of 6 that I ordered in December of 2023. Can you believe that I still don’t have the rest of my appliances, and it is now March 22nd of 2024. Delivery was canceled and rescheduled 7 times. Unacceptable customer service…. I wouldn’t go back to shop here if they were giving out free lunch. Do yourself a favor and stay far away

    Very pretty but I’ve only had it for 2 days and it’s making a noise that sounds like a helicopter..will probably be sending it back

    quit working in less than 2 months

    stopped working in less than 2 months and now have to wait on parts and the tech they sent didn’t even know what was really wrong with it and is just ordering new parts till he figures it out and by the time he get the parts it will have been down for atleast a month and best buy and there stupid 14 return policy won’t do anything it’s the last time i buy anything from best buy or another samsung product

    A nightmare 1 month and I can't use it

    After almost a month I got it, they have not instaled. I paid the instalation, they have came 3 or 4 times to instal the washer and dryer but they never bring the parts for the instalation. Now I am trying to return it and buy in other place where they can delkvery and install the washer. The call center is very dificult the comunicatiin with people that dont speak englush fluent.

    Bad choice

    We bought this on June 24, 2023. It just died. That's 15 months. The repair guy says it will take $900 to fix, which is ~$250 more than than it cost. I've had Samsung products before with success, so this is a big disappointment.

    Fragile Dryer?

    The dryer was dented in two locations when it was delivered and did not operate property. It took nail and tooth (literally 2-3 phone calls a day for 2 weeks straight) to get it replaced.

    Made purchase in November didn’t get it till mid March only to have to request it to be sent back because it’s not working… now it’s not in stock. Horrible experience with the item and unacceptable experience with the call center who was supposedly going to call me back even gave me a reference number only to have to repeat myself when calling back when they want to know why I’m calling for…. Normally I have really good experience with Best Buy in general however not sure what happened with this order. Oh and the set up wasn’t bad, you have to connect to your water for the sanitation to work… just a heads up.

    Less wrinkles. I love all of the settings. I just wish the doors opened in opposite directions. It would make transferring clothes so much easier.

    Dryer is very loud has an annoying sound when the drum turns , tech said it was normal why of course it is! Can here it two rooms away.

    Great dryer with awesome tech in it my last dryer took 2 hours to dry anything but this dries all my clothes and sheets super fast

    Terrible delivery and installation team. They were rude and unprofessional. Did not want to bother to do their job nor they used all the parts that I purchased. Very lazy and wanted to get out of the house as soon as they could.

    What kind of audacity is this ,i ordered for dryer and washer since June 2024 u only delivered my dryer and u want me to do give good review about your product, we are in August 2024 still no washer.my biggest bad experience

    Install team from Best Buy damaged my floor

    The product is great but Best Buy’s delivery people scratched my hardwood floors and then Best Buy’s people offered an insulting $100 for damages. Wouldn’t recommend Best Buy for install.
