So far so good. This is our second Samsung Dryer. First one (different, lower end model) wasn't drying well, so we've returned to the store and got this one instead. This dryer is working VERY well so far. It dries things quickly and it is a "smart" device so it can notify you via phone that the dryer has finished the cycle. This way even if you don't hear the chime - you know the clothes is ready.
I can also remotely start a cycle and change settings via SmartThings app. We also got a matching washer and both are working great.
I would recommend this to a friend
