Purchased the 10 cycle version and then decided to upgrade to this 12cycle dryer for the additional $50 you get 2 more options plus wi-fi operation. So far so good. Sales person (William at Gurnee store) was fantastic. He took care of all my questions and order changes without “batting an eyelash”! Delivery got pushed out a week as a result of my changes but now that it is installed it works great. Still haven’t figured out how to get the wi-fi working though. Could use more help from setup guys explaining the functions. Delivered with some minor dents on the side - called BB and they knocked off over $100! Sweet! Very pleased with sales and service. Recommend Samsung appliances to anyone looking. Stay AWAY from Maytag products. Since being bought out they are junk!

This was my first experience with front-load washer and pedestals. I LOVE the access height and front-load alternatives. I was impressed how quiet the machines functioned AND the EXCELLENT installment service which was clean, informative and VERIFICATIONs that all devices/attachments were secure and functional!

I purchased a new Samsung dryer and I love it. It is very quiet and I love the new touch control its so delicate. It dries faster and my dress pants don't need to be ironed. What a time saver.

Awesome gas dryer! Super quiet Quick drying Easy to use Design is pretty modern and clean.

First time using a gas dryer. So far so good. I love the look of the appliance. Clothes come out dry and wrinkle free. Still getting used to the different settings but love the versatility. Only negative I’ve noticed is the lint trap. Everyone in my house has long hair and it’s in the clothes when they’re washed. Well the long hairs get stuck in the casing. Have to pull but am sure some is still in there.

It is a beautiful color and looks very fancy (for a dryer). It dries the clothes well but every time I turn it on, it defaults to the Eco dry setting, which takes twice the time to dry the clothes. So its a pain having to remember to turn that setting off. Also I cannot use the smartthings app to add more time to the cycle, but that could be user error. Otherwise, its a great product.

The dryer is an excellent value that is economical and efficient. Drys clothes very quickly and has a wide variety of settings to dry delicates, active wear, towels and normal clothing. It is less noisy than most other comparably priced dryers. The only item that could be improved is the lint trap as it is more difficult to open than some of the other brands.

To be short- I don't regret buying it. Assume that is most peoples concern. Believe this is the next step up from the base model Samsung offers. Possibly a few models on same tier. Looks much better than base, but feel they downgraded base model even more to separate the 2. Bought the base models last year for my step parents and they look great. This year Base looks cheaper with all white. Now on to the actual Dryer. Works great so far. Like all appliances try to wait for sales if possible. Also sometimes last years model is not so different than this years like a car. In this case the main future added is Bixby or smart things app. Using this you can see how much longer you have left without having to check on it. Great is Washer or Dryer are not close by. For me they are in garage so can't hear it when it is done. Washer has a start future with bixby, but Dryer only has a observe future. Still useful. But to some not worth the extra dough. All in all happy with it.

I had best buy deliver and was hoping to have them install it, however, the person that they sent was not able to actually install the dryer and I had to hire someone else that was qualified. for the dryer itself, I like the large drum and easy to use features. I'm not very tech savvy, but I was able to figure out the different settings pretty easily. operates exactly like I expected it. the moisture sensor has been useful and dries clothes well without over or under doing the job. the steam feature is nice, but that's pretty niche if you just need to sanitize certain clothes without fully washing them for whatever reason. the wrinkle free option basically just moves the dryer every so often, but clothes still wrinkle anyways, just not as bad. good for going to work kind of thing. seems good for the price on sale, but otherwise a simple dryer would do the same

We are very pleased with this purchase. We bought the matching washer as well. The pieces look great and more importantly my clothes have never been cleaner. The dryer has great features, is quiet, and easy to use.

I was a bit reluctant as this was an open boxed item, even though it was rated “open box excellent,” I’d never purchased open box anything before. However, not a single scratch or dent on it, which not only surprised, but also impressed me. The dryer operates amazingly…dries quickly on every setting I’ve used thus far, impressively quiet and oh so many drying options/features. There’s no way you’ll ever have wrinkled clothing again, as the steam and refresh options compete with an Iron. Highly recommended purchase.

It looks really good, easy to operate and not too loud. I also like the steam function that make clothes less wrinkle.

Quiet, easy to use and overall nice appearance. The only problem we had was with getting an appointment for installation- took two weeks and many phone calls

Expensive but worth it. Paired with our phones and TV's to notify us of cycle starts/ends which is awesome. We have a large family and often forget to check when to change because we get busy. They run quiet and have had no operational errors since purchased almost 3 years ago and we do A LOT of laundry. Only complaint is the lint trap cracked easily - however still works.

Had an older version of this dryer that lasted 8 years and finally went kaput. Love the black stainless look and the sleek design. Although I know its not necessary I think having it synced to my phone and gives me updates when a load is complete or even if the door is left open. In addition, you can also download additional cycles to add more customization. Hope this one lasts as longer or even longer than the last one but so far I am very happy with my purchase.
