I really really love this dryer. I was lucky to get the washer and dryer combo during Labor Day. The color is beautiful and doesn’t show fingerprints which is a plus with having kids that like to help. The buttons are sensitive so there is jo need to press hard. Tap and go!

my only disappointment is that when they made the washer a 5.0cu they didnt upgrade this to a 8.0 instead of a 7.5cu...it works okay a few times i have open it to some loads not being completley dry same thing wifi/smart capability serves me no purpose so i never set it up...

Had this installed by Best Buy, Super easy and convenient. Modes on the dryer are simple to use and its great tracking the time remaining from my phone upstairs while the dryers in the basement.

When it was delivered it the washer machine smelled like it was burned out before, so I went to the store to their machines and yes, they had the same smell..

Good dryer!. However because it’s a gas dryer you can’t really control it from the app, App is only for electric dryers so don’t really know why it’s “smart” with that said , they should sell this a little bit less pricey.

I love this front load washer with a 5 inch drum. Can wash more clothes at one time I can wait a couple of day between weekly washes. Great job samsung

I did a lot of homework online and in store, this was by far the best dryer for the money. Huge capacity and tons of options. Having Wifi is nice for silent alerts.

We had originally purchased a different model but had problems with it so we decided to just go for the flex models. These are awesome!!! Glad we switched.

Love it! Can fit plenty of clothes in the dryer and it does a great job drying. Efficient.

Carlos Mendoza was excellent. He was kind and patient with us while selecting our appliances. On the other hand, Ken, another manager in appliances department has been very rude and careless to myself and few of my neighbors on multiple occasions. He doesn’t even get up from his chair. We have been using Best Buy for ten years. He is the worst sale person I ever met in my life. He has no respect for customers at all.

This would be a great dryer if the heating could be adjusted on all the different settings, you only have that choice on the adjusted heat setting.

Love it, purchased both washer and dryer. So far so good. Very quiet.

It has worked good so far, only thing i noticed is that it doesnt completely dry some items in a full cycle.

I picked this particular unit because of it being black stainless steel. Also, the reviews were pretty good for a dryer, reviews are all over the place. When buying a dryer it really comes down to personal preference and gut instinct. It does have a lot of gadgets, love that barrel lights up and barrel is stainless steel. So far, I like my dryer, but not loving it yet, cause of all the buttons and options. But it is way better then what I had...it was an antique.
