From day 1- the dryer has taken more then 3 cycles on HIGH heat to complete drying. Larger loads (blankets, etc) take even longer. I don’t over load- and always clean the lint.. I had heard that Samsung were top of the line- I previously had LG, and am so disappointed I didn’t purchase those again. It was only when visiting my dads recently and using his LG dryer that I realized just how AWFUL this dryer is. I’m have to assume it’s a defect in just my unit- or I would hope it is- if like to know how to rectify this?

Half of the time, my load is still damp, and at times, extremely damp, almost wet. In addition, every time I throw my sheets into this dryer, from the washer, my sheets end up rolled up tighter than a cinnamon roll. It's a pretty dryer, but we purchased it to dry our clothes. Our old dryer removed the few cat and dog hairs from the clothes, this removes NONE. Would definitely NOT recommend this dryer to anyone.

I picked it, since all my appliance are black stainless. Also, it had decent reviews. Reviews online for not only this dryer are all over the place. I guess it’s personal preference.
