    Inconsistent results and refresh feature is poor

    Inconsistent results. Poor drying: bedding linens require 2 to 3 cycles, suspect sensing system not accurate. Unit dries regular clothes ok sometimes, similar load will sometimes require additional cycle. Refresh doesn’t work: leaves clothes wrinkled and wet at parts:(example shirt will be dry with a sleeve that’s wet, not humid, actually wet, all of it wet and dry parts with wrinkles. When refresh is used there is water puddled on the bottom of the drum at the start of the cycle from so much water that it uses. Old dryer would have a mist covering all surfaces and would leave clothes looking like dry cleaned. No where near similar results from this unit. Unfortunately had the old unit hauled away with the installation; it produced better results even after being repaired. Replaced it because I dropped the control panel and it cracked, figured I had spent $ changing belt and pulley shaft, most recently the idler pulley and needed a new control panel, time for a new dryer. They are not making things the same it seems.

    wifi connector

    They installed my washer & dryer stacked. The parts sent was short and not long for the wifi connector. They never replaced it of sent a new connector. Until now nothing was done and not satisfied with the installation.

    Broke after 1 month. Best Buy was zero help.

    This dryer worked well for a month, however, the drying cycle would take longer than the estimated time. After having it for 31 days, it quit beating. Best Buy was no help despite my "Elite Plus" status that means nothing. Samsung will be sending a technician to fix it but can't make it for 10 days.
