Huge screen at a great price. 240 hz really makes watching sports more enjoyable. Everyone should have one.

shadowing on black screen is the only drawback to this tv. that and maybe it gets somewhat hot (compared to my 8000 series 56 inch). better deal for the money;

I hoped for better picture quality with the Samsung name and being a newer model. The size is great for the cost. Features easy to use and set up.

Already had the 55" version in another room and loved it, so got this one for the Great Room and it is perfect. Very easy to set up and the picture is fantastic. Only problem is the sound quality, as it is with all the new televisions today. You have to use a sound bar or sound system to enjoy the complete experience.

There are so many things to say about this tv. It's pq is gorgeous, the smart tv features are simply amazing and I can't I have regretted buying this tv for one moment. It was a bit out of my range I was looking to spend but I think I will be much happier in the long run getting this tv as opposed to settling.

What can you say a huge quality picture even at only 120 mhz. At half the price of the other higher end models much more worth the money. Kids like that it is internet connected easier to get to Netflix.

The TV was easy to set up and connect to the internet. Picture is fantastic, watching movies in hi-def makes a huge difference. Speakers on large flat TV's are not great, but that is no surprise. Surround sound takes care of that. This was a huge upgrade for our home, no downsides at all so far.

I purchased this TV online and waited 9 days for delivery. When it was supposed to be delivered, it was delayed another 10 days. Fortunately, another identical TV was available at the local Best Buy. The process to cancel my on line order and buy the TV at the local store took over an hour. The young technician that help me represented your company very well.. He was polite , courteous, professional, and kept me informed of what need to happen for me to get the TV at the local Best Buy. In fact, the only solution was to raise my credit limit to $5400.00 or wait 2-4 business days for the cancelled online purchase to credit my account. YOU NEED TO FIX THE PROCESS OF CANCELLING ONLINE ORDERS, not all customers are as patient as I am.

This is the best T.V. we have bought in the last 5 years and would recommend it to anyone looking for a 75 inch.

Love that it has Netflix and Hulu installed so there's no having to use my PS3 to watch my favorite tv shows and movies. I like to workout and having an app that helps keep track of your goals as well as fitness on demand is a huge plus for me.

This is an excellant TV especially for the Home Theatre as how I have set it up. the picture quality and the Black on it is great. Out of the box the calibration was great and did not have to do any changes

75" Samsung TV started to turn off and on by it self after six months. I contacted Samsung live chat and reported the problem three different times before it started doing it a lot. The issue was documented, but they said that it is now out of warranty and I am responsible to pay for the repairs. Basically it comes down to service. TV has great picture and love it, but Samsung doesn't stand behind its products. This is an extremely expensive purchase and one you would figure they would stand behind. I would not recommend purchasing this product because if you do have problems they will not help out. At the very most make sure you call customer service and do not use their live chat.
