I compared it with my previous samsung 240 hz led tv and noticed that clarity is not great

I'm usually pro-samsung (I have 4 samsung tvs). Different experience with this. Bought this TV and a samsung sound bar for my family room. Other than TV we use it mostly for netflix so was looking forward to the "smart" builtin netflix app. However, it doesn't work properly. The sound has a hiccup every 5-10 seconds. Known issue to samsung and they have no fix. Do a search on "samsung hdtv soundbar netflix issue" and read for yourself. Also, I expected great integration with the soundbar, both being samsung, however this model tv doesn't support the bluetooth integration feature that the soundbar advertises, so in other words you still have to have a cable between them. Lame.

Purchased mid Dec 2013 We looked at his TV along with the Vizio and Sharp. They were all displayed relatively close to one another so it was very easy to distinguish which had the best picture. We were actually planning on buying the Sharp until we saw them displayed close enough together to compare. WOW... no contest. And plenty of input/output for all the devises we will probably ever need. Although not yet connected to the internet, planning on doing that in the near future. Price was comparable depending which model was on sale at what time. Bought this TV for a recessed in-the-wall mounting, picture framed with oak trim. Even with the TV recessed in the wall the sound was OK, but we purchased a Bose sound system along with the TV so TV speakers were really not a concern anyway. The optical Audio Out feature is a great plus!! The only thing that could of made it better would have been an ir remote system. Or having the remote sensor, which is mounted on the bottom edge of the TV frame, removable from the TV frame so that it can be remotely mounted (outside the oak picture frame that I put around the TV) That way a picture frame mounting could be accomplished without having to notch out the frame so that the remote can access the sensor. This in no way reflects on the quality of the product or the design of the TV it's self. Just would have been a nice feature to have for my particular installation.

This is a fantastic TV. Set up is a breeze. When we purchased this TV we weren't sure if it would be to big for our living room which is 16 X 18. For the last 7 years we've had a 60" Sony XBR which had the best picture on the market when it was brand new. The Sony has been a reliable TV, still works and is now in the den, but we found ourselves wanting something larger with a better picture. Glad to report that the size is perfect for the room and the picture quality is amazing. The sound through the TV could be better but we have a home theater system hooked up so that is not a huge issue for us. I also agree with another Best Buy reviewer in recommending that you do purchase a big enough piece of furniture to place this TV on. We purchased a Bell'O CW342 stand through the Best Buy website and it fits the TV well and looks fantastic #also allows for adequate ventilation of our component pieces#. If you're thinking of going big this is a great TV to buy!

Nice TV, i've seen the price as low as 2500-2600. Would recommend waiting until it lowers to that price until you buy.

So I bought this TV cause it's huge. Ended up being too big for our living room but it was perfect for the media room. I love playing FIFA 14 on this huge screen
