We used a 4K HDMI cable (not sure if it made a big difference), but the picture is very sharp. Size is great for a 100 sf conference room. Excellent value for the cost of this TV.

This is my second Samsung Smart TV and they really are great. Fantastic picture, great sound, plenty of HDMI inputs, nice and slim bezel for a crisp wall mount. I really only have one complaint and it's very minor. If you plan to do any web browsing on this TV, or even really get use out of the search features on the built-in apps (like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime), you MUST get a compatible wireless keyboard and mouse. The onboard keyboard is clunky, disables the ability to move the mouse pointer around with the arrows, and tends to block username and password fields, which you can't get back to in order to enter the next field. Ah, I take that back, there's another problem - app support is dismal. They gutted the companion app for iOS/Android. No more mirroring, it just acts as a remote control or a hub for sharing pictures and videos. Not horrible, but mirroring/casting would be huge.

I bought a Samsung 46 inch TV 5 years ago and I've loved it ever since quality of picture is crisp and just breathtaking when you're a sports fan like me. So when I bought a bigger TV I tried a 70 inch sharp I heard really good things about it, although I liked it, every time I watched my Samsung I felt picture was way better but I thought this was related TV size. After 2 years some LEDs started to go out on the Sharp TV but I had geek squad guarantee, when I heard that there was no fixing my TV I didn't doubt to go back to Samsung and paid a difference for a 75 inch TV after a month there's not enough good things to say about my TV picture is crystal clear, I have it hooked up to a Samsung sound system and installation was extremely easy, again amazing piece of technology!

The first thing everybody notices about the television is the size - 75" will make an impression. The second thing they notice is the incredible picture. The colors are rich, the picture is sharp, and there's depth that's almost 3D. The only issue I have is when I turn on the television with the cable box, the picture shows up for a split second and then the screen goes black. I have to switch to another input and then switch back and it's fine. I spent an hour on the phone with a Samsung tech and he thinks there's an unstable signal from the cable box since this doesn't happen with my PS3 and changing the HDMI cable didn't correct the problem. But once the TV is on, wow!

You don't need UHD 4K. All gimmicks. If you are sitting more than 10 feet away (why wouldn't you be with a 75" tv???) your eye can't distinguish the difference between 4K and 1080p. Do yourself a favor. This Samsung 75" has a great picture at an amazing price. You won't be sorry.

This Samsung TV is not just great because of the screen size but the colors and sound are great too. We bought it for our media room and had it hooked up by Geek Squad with a Denon receiver and Polk in-ceiling speakers. This makes the media so great that we rather watch at home than going to the movies.

I was looking for something a little bigger to replace my 55" Sony XBR and this tv appeared to have very good reviews on Best Buy (and other sites too). Best Buy had the tv on sale, but I found a better price on one of the online web sites that Best Buy indicates they price match. I went into the store, and after checking out the price online, they had no problem matching the price. Best Buy scheduled delivery was great. They gave me a window at which they would arrive and they met it. They came out 2 days after the in-store purchase and delivery was FREE, but it's up to you to unbox and set up (you need to schedule their Geek Squad if you want this). It was easy to unbox and I was also able to use the wall mount that I was using from the Sony tv I was replacing (TV weight less than 75lbs and my mount supported up to 175). The picture out of the box was super clear, but it looked funny. It looked like you were actually watch the actors on a lighted set. I found a web site (http://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/samsung/j6300/settings?uxtv=58da) that had optimal calibration settings that you could use to adjust the picture. Everyone is different, but I used the settings "as is" from the site, and I was very happy with the results. Using the SmartTV features was little confusing. You need to connect to a Samsung account/server, and for most it was not a big deal. I'm still working on trying to get the MGO app working, which is annoying, but not so much that I would deduct points from my overall rating. Glad I bought and would buy again!

I am really impressed with this TV in terms of overall value. Despite being 75", the picture quality is great from all distances (close and far). The sleek design made it easy to mount and the SMART hub apps and user interface are very easy to get going and understand. My only issue was when I connected it to a Cox Contour HD/DVR for the first time, the DVR needed to be updated to send a signal over HDMI to the TV. Once I figured that out, everything has been a breeze and this TV makes a fine addition to my already 60", 52", 46" and 40" Samsung LED TV collection.

My viewing distance for this 75" TV is far enough away that 4K is not necessary. Picture is sharp and colors look great with default settings. I have not calibrated yet and frankly, don't feel the need to yet. Some motion blur with default settings detected watching football during fast action. Changing motion settings helps.

This TV arrived a few days ago, and with just a few tweaks on the picture settings is now filling our living room with a great video picture. Set up was really very quick and the sound quality is good. We have a surround sound so we only used the TV for a couple hours before hooking that up. Four HDMI plugs is great. The TV also has a little menu that shows up when it comes on so you can jump to Netflix or another recent app, this hides itself quickly so you don't have to use it or deal with it if you don't want. Very happy with purchase.

This is the best TV I have ever owned. The picture is excellent, as is the color and detail. The delivery and set up was error free. The Smart TV function works well and is easy to use.

This is my 5th Samsung TV and they're getting better each year. I have no complaints with this model. The picture is beautiful and so real looking.

I set this TV up over fireplace with an hdmi arc cable connected to a yamaha 777 receiver and a sony BD5500 blu ray player. I like the fact that I can control all 3 devices with one remote! You dont get all the functions but you can control receiver volume and the play back/fw/rewind on the blu ray. Way better than I expected! Dont expect much from the TV speakers, plan on getting soundbar or external surround sound.

I upgraded from LG 42" 720p. Although it is not 4k...it still provides great picture qual. and sound. Smart TV function is so amazing and easy to control to watch Amazon movie, Netflix, Web surfing and etc. First time buying Samsung but totally satisfied. Fits perfect in my new house.

The TV is wonderful. Picture is clear and so great from every angle. My only complaint would be the remote. I wish it had a keypad of some kind. When typing on any of the apps or internet it is very cumbersome the way it is set up now.

My 75" Samsung 1080 HD TV has every color possible, is totally clear and beautifully designed. It is the best TV that we have ever had.

Once you go big, you can never go back. 9 feet away from the screen and I feel like i'm at a theater. I just need to get the sound system now. The picture is great. It was either this tv or the 65" 4k at the same price. I'm so happy with the decision. When 4k disc's and broadcast tv shows are widely available in 3-4 years then i'll worry about 4k. Until then, I like my 75"!!!
