I got this TV after returning the 7 series. What a world of difference, I can't say enough about this TV. I've never seen a QLED outside of the store but I'm betting this is a close as it gets. Only drawback is the strange remote but I have a universal anyway.

I purchased this TV a year ago(11-11-18) about the same time the Q Series came out. I couldn't see that big of a difference in the picture quality between either. My reasons for buying it were to fill the opening in a wall in my living room that's 79" L x 50" H. The opening swallowed up the Samsung 55" (that I moved to the bedroom) and the 65" Sony ( that I later gave to my parents...I didn't like the picture and my folks needed an upgrade from the 400lb floor model Sony). Well the 75" filled the opening and the picture is STUNNING!!! Big football fan and Marvel Cinematic Universe fan and the picture quality of the Blu Ray dvd's (yes I still buy 'em) is mind-boggling in the detail displayed. The streaming and the digital broadcasts are also amazing on this TV. Got it for $1599 during Thanksgiving ($700 off!!!) at the Mesquite store (great and informative salesperson really helped me out). I fall in love with it daily and can't believe that this picture will ever be topped...but that's what I thought about the floor models....You won't go wrong with Samsung!!!

I bought this because I am a gamer and wanted the 4k experience and big screens added to it, it is by far one the best TVs I have purchased and the colors are vibrant also the picture quality is amazing.

QLED is the new rage but this premium UHD TV with 4K is outstanding. The picture is beautiful and the apps we use work flawlessly (Napster, Netflix, Apple TV, etc,.). We've not had any issues with the TV and would consider purchasing a smaller version of the set for our bedroom. Joseph

The tv has many great features but the picture is the most important to me. Watching and playing in 4K takes it to another level. Also glad that I chose the 75 inch over the 65 inch for my space (18x20). There are no bad seats in the room!

The color and picture on this TV is great. 75 inches is a perfect size. The bezel is incredibly small which gives the screen a nice look when hanging on the wall. It uses a common pattern for mounting which made it easy to mount. This is not a gaming tv by any means but sports look great on it.

I recently bought this 75” tv, I was afraid that going to be too big for my living room( 14’ away from tv and sofa) by it workout perfectly fine, I loved the picture and sound bar it feels like in the movie theater , it’s easy to installed too, I’ve made perfect choice for this one.

If you put the demo on from YouTube the colors are amazing - everyday tv watching is good - no real difference from Q series which was $1k+ More- so we saved money for pretty much the same normal use quality. no complaints

If you're going to buy a Samsung TV and can afford to upgrade to the Premier Version, do it. This picture is perfect and the TV has so many features including SmartThings accessible. The remote is Bluetooth which is great. I'm not a fan of the stand but I wall mounted mine.

I chose the NU8000 because of the 240 motion rate and I picture quality. Speakers are ok but I am using a sound bar with my tv. The smart tv functions are great everything is easy to operate and switch between applications. Picture quality is excellent! I highly recommend this tv.

Wonderful picture, even when just viewing 1080P HD cable. Apps are a great benefit too. I do wish the remote had backlighting, though, so you wouldn't push the wrong button in dimly lit conditions. Really love the thin bezel around TV...All picture, no distracting heavy frame!

This is my third Samsung TV and they just keep getting better! I have yet had to replace one due to poor service. Now my family theater is complete and everyone that comes over is amazed at the picture quality and easy to use. It couldn't be better.

I had a 50 inch plasma for the last 5 years and decided to upgrade. With that, I am extremely happy with my purchase. The 8000 series is a nice step up from the 7000 series and the 75 inch fits well for my living room. I considered a 65 inch but have to say I am glad I went with the 75 inch. The colors look great whether watching TV programs or sports with no complaints. The TV speakers have a good sound but I added a sound bar out of personal preference. I like the TV enough I am planning on putting one in my family room too. Note I shop Best Buy because of their warranties and would recommend getting the warranty for peace of mind. It was a little higher then I would have liked but to not have to worry about any issues is a big plus.

Straight out of the box, the sheer size is something to be in awe of. However, when viewing movies and tv shows in true 4K, be prepared to be shocked. Outside of the superb picture quality and motion rate, the components of this item appear to be very durable.

This was one of the biggest purchases I have ever made. I had a toshiba I bought from Best Buy 8 years ago. There was nothing wrong with it - still in perfect working order. My husband had been chomping at the bit for an upgrade for some time. I didn’t understand what the big deal was. A tv is a tv? I am happy to say I was wrong. This TV is on another level. The remote is super intuitive, easy set up. I went back and forth on buying a 6 or 7 series but am SO happy I splurged for the 8. The picture is so clear and absolute. The gaming mode really makes you feel like you are right there in the game. If you are on the fence with an older tv and needed an extra push to make the jump - THIS IS YOUR PUSH. I seriously can’t even believe what we were watching tv on before. 5 stars ⭐️ 100% satisfied. Thank you Samsung for this awesome tv and thank you Best Buy for making the transition so easy!!!

I couldn't be happier with this purchase. For me the resolution and clarity of the picture is astounding, and the price was great. If your looking to upgrade from and older model or go bigger in TV size you really can't go wrong with this model.

Not too bad pic quality, sound is very good for a TV speakers. (better than my SONY) Remote control system needs to be improved. No direct input changes, no direct local stations input. (need external box) Too many steps to do just about any system changes. Lower bottom corners have little lighter color when screen is black (dark), may be from a back lighting? But over all about as good as my other SONY TV.

I love the picture quality and size of my TV. Everyone always ask me how much and where did I get it. I tell the how much I paid and they say its a good price for this TV. Couldn't be Happier!!! I hope it last a long time...! SPORTS!!! :)

Really enjoy this television. The colors are sharp and the sound sounds deep and true. The television is not too heavy and easy to hang on the wall with two people. Walked out with it and had it up in an hour. Did not have it delivered.
