For what you get the price is way too high. The quality is not as off today’s standard and you have to pay to get into the library for pictures. There is no longer a cabled connection between the TV and the junction box which is a big problem because of connection and speed. When using the TV with an Apple TV it’s not working seamlessly for example when you turn off the Apple TV for 20 seconds the TV also turns off and then turns on again.

Regarding your Apple TV, it sounds like the device is functioning correctly. You may simply need to disable Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC), which controls simultaneous power on/off for connected devices. To adjust this, go to: Settings > All Settings > Connection > External Device Manager > Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) = OFF

Love the product, recent update caused it to reset periodically. Sch’d a replacement with warranty and for second time, we moved things around to fit earliest schedule and after window passed called for update only to be told, ooops not coming today, we will reschedule and get back to you.

Love the way the TV looks and especially the anti-glare screen. However, the TV glitches at least 2-3 times per week. We have to unplug the TV to “reboot”.
We’ve had the tv less than a month. We will be reaching out to Samsung warranty. Not sure what to expect there.

We ordered this TV, a recessed outlet and home delivery along with the installation service scheduled to be completed on 12/17/25 but then we received a message that a reschedule was necessary. I called the 800 to see what the issue was and the store did not have the tv available for delivery. We purchased this item the saturday after Thanksgiving which should be enough time for inventory to happen but I guess not. The new and earliest delivery date was scheduled for 1/2/26 but we decided to cancel the order altogether. Thank you.

I wanted to like this TV so bad, but it’s not worth the hype. The pretty frame is an extra $300+, the pictures for the frame are an added monthly fee, AND the tv has connection issues. If it wasn’t attached to my wall I’d return it….ugh. I wouldn’t recommend.

Do not buy the 2025 75” Samsung The Frame if you plan on using YouTube tv. There is a known glitch in the software. The TV buffers constantly. Incredibly annoying. Definitely regret this purchase!!!!!!!!!
