    WE HAD A LG 65" THAT BIT THE 'DUST' SO WE DECIDED TO UPGRADE TO A 75" SANSUNG. WE HAVE BEEN WELL PLEASED SOFAR. LOOK FORWARD TO GETTING GOOD SERVICE FROM THIS ONE.THE GEEK SQUAD DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING IT ON THE WALL. BEFORE THEY LEF, THEY GAVE GOOD INSTRUCTIONS ON TV AND THE SOLAR REMOTE. BEST BUY IS #1 IN MY BOOK. YOU CAN' T GO WRONG WITH THERE TOTAL PROTECTION PLAN.

    The store salesman was very knowledgeable in helping us choose a new tv. Our delivery was on time and John and Jordan were very friendly, polite and efficient in getting it installed and setting up. They took time to measure and explain the features. We highly recommend the Geek Squad and Best Buy.

    My new 75 inch Samsung TV is by far the best TV I have ever owned, when it comes time that I need a new TV I always buy one from Best Buy because so far Best Buy has always stood by all of their products.

    Really enjoying my new Samsung TV. Only issue I have experienced was brief loss of sound thru soundbar. Was able to resolve by disconnecting and reconnecting aidio cable.
