Took it home and when we went to install it we realized there were no accessories in the box. Who places an item to sell with no remote, no stand, no power cable? Took it back and the manager was no help. All she said was we can " try" to find the accessories to it. We just wanted a TV that worked and had everything included. She would not give us another tv( same tv) that was complete and honor the price that it was when we saw it in the black Friday in July ad. I will NEVER return to another beat buy company if this is how they treat their customers.

The products are crap, service sucks, they dont take care of you, you get transfered to 1800 number that all they do is say we will call u back and never do. Wish i could return it, but the installation team broke my old tv that i had so now im out of that tv. And ive tried getting some kind of satisfaction but no one will call me back.
