    It’s an ok TV but the operating system and controller are the absolute worst… other Samsung TVs might be worth it for picture quality but this one is not. Dark scenes look terrible.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your Q70D TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

    Bought on clearnce online, dtove two hrsand it was already boxed up for pick up. Got home, tv did not have a power cord or remote. The mgr at Best Buy gave the missing items after I told him they missing. Turned on tv and there was a small tear in the middle of thr screen. DO NOT BUY THEIR CLEARANCE, with a very thorough inspection before buying. Geek Squad really didnt inspect this tv at all.

    HDMI 3 out of the box is not functional, making the eARC functionality impossible. HDMI 1,2, and 4 are fine and after a month of trying to get support, you're better off throwing the TV in the trash and starting over. If you don't need eARC for full functionality at home then the TV is great. Also Best Buy's "2 year warranty" is a scam, they refuse to do anything. Avoid them at all cost.

    Maybe I will buy another TV if I get the $400.00

    I bought a Samsung 75-inch QLED tv. After it was delivered and I set it up it had no picture with my cable. After trying several times, I contacted Samsung. They accessed my tv through my WIFI and told me the HDMI card was not working or not installed. I sent the tv back and they told me it would be 7 to 10 days before I get a refund. Lucky for me I filed a complaint with my credit card company. After 10 days no refund from Best Buy but my credit card did refund the money. If you read their ratings and complaints on BBB they are terrible. Will never buy a Samsung tv or anything from Best Buy again. When looking at the TV's I practically had to beg someone to help me after 15 to 20 minutes looking.

    Having the worst experience ever with a Best Buy. Horrible delivery service! Its been 28 days from purchase, still haven't gotten my tv yet! Beware they will cancel your delivery schedule without any notice or communication. rescheduled 3x still haven't seen my tv yet?.

    Unhappy with the product. The TV volume would not work. Called tech support and could not get it to work. Found out the when hanging the tv on the wall the volume would not work. Mounting bolts would cut the volume off or just press near the holes the volume would not work. Poor quality.

    While I could have saved a little money with a different brand, I decided to purchase my third straight Samsung television and so GLAD I did!! This 2024 QLED Q70D Series 4K smart Tizen provides excellent clarity/viewing. Plus, the audio quality of the built-in speakers is very impressive. I have this hooked up to my JBL speakers but don't always use them. You will not be disappointed with this purchase!

    Image and set up are great. Lost 1 star for lacking One Connect box. Big miss from Samsung not adopting cinnect bix for all TVs.
